Excellent cookies and saves a ton of time! I am a HUGE baker, but I also run a business and am a mom of three. I love the tradition of rolling dough and letting the kids choose their cookie cutter shapes and bake our cookies. I realized that I always made our dough ahead of time (they didn't have patience for that), and it had to chill for hours before we could bake! This is the PERFECT compromise! Dough is fresh and ready to go!... and they're delicious!
