I ordered a sandwich and some fries they told me 20 minutes till it was ready and half an hour later I was still waiting for my food and then I asked if it took 20 minutes to make a damm sandwich and all they said back was, 'it is almost ready'. When I finally got my food, half of it was cold. Definitely DON'T GO HERE!!

We just stopped here for snacks and pizza and had a great experience! Pizza took less than 10 minutes. We sat outside on a little patio with cushioned chairs. The kind cashier came out and turned on the patio umbrella lights as well as a speaker with lovely background music. I would never have expected this at a Pizza Pizza sharing a space with a gas station!

Ordered plant based bites and pizza from here for pick up for lunch, paid 50$ for my order plus 4$ for a drink.. the bites were hard as a rock and cold entirely inedible. I called to ask for a refund was told no refund was possible but could receive a 50% credit ?♀️ I settled with them to deliver a set of plant bites to my home as I didn’t want a credit as in the past I’ve never been able to redeem my credits and lost money ( they said the credit was only good for 6 months ). I spent 50 mins between two calls just to get pizza pizza to provide me with a product I could actually eat. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable I will never order from pizza pizza again it’s to much hassle leaving the customer feeling like they have work so hard just to get what they ordered and be able to eat it. I don’t make it a habit to leave negative reviews and try to make an effort to give people a chance to make up the mistake but this was a painful one of many I’ve had with pizza. Whoever is looking for good pizza and good service do not order from here save your money and the hassle if there’s any issue with your order! I recommend anywhere else lol

My wife ordered plant based chicken wings but when she asked if the dipping sauce was vegan the server said she doesnt know, nor did she know if the vegan mayo was actually vegan friendly..
Worst tasting pizza ever!!! Disgusting cheese and it seemed to be almost stale and definitely not cooked long enough. The slices that were for sale were so dried out and shriveled up ( that should have been my 1st hint to leave) For the high cost of this pizza I expect way better. We went 2 separate times now and our second experience was worse than the first. Ordered online with a promtion code for 50%, once we got there they tried to charge full price they said what we ordered wasn't part of the promo...nothing indicated that on the website...fix your online ordering. We waited for an hour for our garbage pizza, while he was on the phone trying to sort it out. Our pizza should have been free after that long of a wait. Will never return, I am so upset/disgusted with them I won't even buy gas or anything at their convience store anymore. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Gino's or Pyramid Pizza.
