Even when I ordered ahead and arrived 2 minutes before pick up time, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. They seem very slow and disorganized. I love Swiss Chalet but this restaurant needs to pull its socks up. I should add its not the first time here nor the first time disappointed. Here is hoping to better service.
I'm so tired of giving this place my money for takeout only to arrive home to find that once again, they didn't put everything in the bag. This time I specifically went there for the "festive" special. I get home and surprise the "festive" pieces are missing. We have given this place enough chances and enough of our money. We're done! Your quality control SUCKS!

I ordered online but when I arrived they told me they had to put my order in, and someone would call my name when it was ready. This was despite being able to select a pick up time online, which apparently means nothing. After that I waited a full half hour before finally confronting someone and finding out the food had been sitting in the mobile pickup box the whole time and no one had thought to check.They did give us freshly made food quickly at that point but they really need...read full review
