I have been going to Swiss Chalet in Elmira for a few years now and I have always had excellent Service. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. One server I would like to mention is Suzie, she has always gone above and beyond to do her job
I was served by Madeline and she was excellent! Great food and service overall!
We went for a late lunch last Sunday. Food was hot and fresh. I've never been so impressed with a Fast Food/Casual Chain; the overall Service, Attitude & Teamwork I witnessed by Tammi and the Team made it feel like we were in a family run diner.

Swiss Chalet offers good food at a great price. The service is generally great, with friendly and exceptional staff. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. While there may be occasional delays, the quality of the food and service make it a popular choice. The owner and staff are some of the nicest in the industry, always doing their best to ensure customers are well taken care of with a smile. The fries and rolls at this location are consistently better than other locations, and the ribs are amazing. The atmosphere is basic, but customers can always opt for takeout.
