I’ve been here multiple times as I live in town but this past weekend was off for sure. I came in with 5 friends of mine on Sunday around 11:30 am. We were told the cold coffee machine was down so we couldn’t order iced lattes (not blaming the place for it but it was upsetting). We then waited probably 20 minutes for our drinks and finally had our food order taken and we sat there for another hour and got half our table’s food at 1pm and the other half around 1:15 probably. It was busy as I get that it’s usually busy on Sundays after church but we watched other tables get their food way before us and they sat down after us. We were getting pretty frustrated with our waitress because she seemed so out of it and would ask the same questions multiple times and wouldn’t come back to see how we were doing. At the end of everything she asked if we needed takeout containers so we said yes and she didn’t bring any and then she asked us again and still didn’t bring us any and proceeded to help her other tables. I asked someone else to get us some containers and they were out right away. We then still waited a while for our bills. We were there for about 2 hours total and typically I’m in and out in less than an hour. The food was delicious but this made me not want to come back soon

Need to hire more people for busy times and people who have a sense of urgency for this Industry, especially when you have two kids under two waiting for breakfast 40 minute wait it is unexpected to get an order and then another 30 minutes to get your food.

We've been here several times since opening and can say it's pretty consistently a good place to grab breakfast! Service is always friendly. We've never been left waiting or forgotten for our takeout orders for a long time, etc.

I just can't give the coveted 5th star because I reserve that for places that serve my beloved (and very hard to find) shredded hashbrowns. They use cubed ones here. Big portions of them though!
