Update Mar 4. The google reply is from the USA, so their link does not work, so I found the Canadian form, submitted my info, # 12603251, one week later, nothing. Basically, smoke and mirrors, they don't need to take this seriously, they have thousands of repeat customers, losing a few doesn't matter. Maybe NOT going to this Elmira store, will make a difference...Feb 25th. I purchased a medium ice coffee, I asked for "no ice" as so many times the ice, waters down the flavour, so I asked for no ice. I got what I asked for, and thank you to the manager who pointed out to me this is delivered as per Company policy...well, I guess the Company is always right, and I as a customer will shop down the street at McD's.

As per the opening and closing timing on site for drive through is not correct and when you visit this one, you will gonna get nothing. I personally visited this store 4-5 times but I got only same response THE MACHINE IS UNDER CLEANING, hope will helps other. Hoping for fast machine cleaning.

Very nice makeover! Looks good, and now it's clean!You have got to get rid of the paper straws and the paper spoons. I can no longer order your ice caps or your chili. Those chemical laced paper straws and paper spoons should not be used. They taste horrible and leave a sort of rash in my mouth.

While I cannot speak much as to the in-house atmosphere of the establishment, through drive-thrus ive had an amazing experience, particularly at night. I typically ask for a very simmilar order any time I go, and despite it being a bit of a strange one, employees remember it quite easily. the friendliness and familiarity they show when interacting is also very nice for people who like that.
