Update Mar 4. The google reply is from the USA, so their link does not work, so I found the Canadian form, submitted my info, # 12603251, one week later, nothing. Basically, smoke and mirrors, they don't need to take this seriously, they have thousands of repeat customers, losing a few doesn't matter. Worst experiences here. They missed things from our order now multiple times. Yesterday drive through. When they handed bag, I asked is that all?
