It appears 24 hours and i saw the worker inside, but they keep the door locked and ignores us. I was there with my family at late time and had to find a different place to eat.
Most of the employees are very nice. I had one that was very miserable. I wondered if they were having a bad day.

Tim Hortons has a clean and appealing look with Canadiana decor. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. Coffee is consistently well-made and tasty. The drive-thru service, especially at night, has been consistently excellent. Employees remember regular orders well and provide a friendly and familiar atmosphere. The staff is very polite and during rush hours, they do the work in a very brief time and quality is good. They do have some good vegetarian options. Some staff have superb customer service skills and are always welcoming and helpful. However, one staff had to fetch all counter orders, causing delayed service, while drive-through lane had more staff serving.
