Stopped in this morning. An employee was asking for a break from her station and the manager refused and was quite rude to her about it. I told her she was doing a great job. Next time I’m tearing him a new one
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with mayo, ketchup, diced tomatoes, and cucumber. I had clearly mentioned my order, but the sandwich was absolutely dripping with mayo, making it extremely messy to eat. There were hardly any cucumbers added, despite requesting them. The excessive mayo completely overpowered the taste, and the sandwich ended up tasting disgusting. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better attention to the order details.

Tim Hortons has a clean and appealing look with Canadiana decor. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. Coffee is consistently well-made and tasty. The drive-thru service, especially at night, has been consistently excellent. Employees remember regular orders well and provide a friendly and familiar atmosphere. The staff is very polite and during rush hours, they do the work in a very brief time and quality is good. They do have some good vegetarian options. Some staff have superb customer service skills and are always welcoming and helpful. However, one staff had to fetch all counter orders, causing delayed service, while drive-through lane had more staff serving.
