We came here on the long weekend after visiting the Gorge, like many other tourists. After reading all the raving reviews we thought we gave it a try. We were seated promptly even though we didn’t have a reservation, which was surprisingly nice and I guess we were lucky. It took a while for us to get served but we understood it was busy. We just had our wedding at The Evelyn June 14th and it was absolutely amazing . Maclean (the owner) I totally see why he was chosen citizen of the year in Elora , completely outstanding service. Our two servers were just amazing . We recommend anyone coming to Elora to have a meal here . Thank you to all of you for being nothing but amazing !!! We will certainly be coming back to see all of you

The servers were very polite and even asked if I needed more napkins. The food was incredible, it was probably the best French onion soup I've ever had in my life. Will come back in the future! Definitely reserve a table here. :)
