I can't comment on the atmosphere as I've never eaten at the restaurant and only ever ordered in.
The food is always delicious and we really enjoy it. But consistently now for the past several times we have ordered it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to receive the food. Ate there twice. The owner is very nice and a humble guy. Price is decent. And the food quality is good. Sizes are perfect if you are hungry. No complaints at all.
