Every saturday i go to this starbucks to get my drink and most of the time they get my drink wrong but anyone hardly apoligizes but this time i went of a Sunday around 10 am i was served by an older barista and oh she was amazing! I went today! Very quiet, awesome music, the place is super nice. The baristas are super sweet and understanding. I LOVVVEEE the huge painting, it really makes everything so pretty!! It was clean, nice and warm. My drink was literally PERFECT. Tysm guys :D

Since the recent (ish) change in management, I’ve noticed a decline in both service quality and drink consistency. Incorrect drink orders have become quite common. On the one occasion, I returned an incorrectly made drink and the employee was really dismissive and argued with me, despite the drink being visibly incorrect (almost entirely milk). My husband had a Pike coffee that had coffee grounds in it this morning (he had already left when he noticed).
