Twigg's Bar & Grill offers a mixed experience. Takeout orders might disappoint with less than expected quality and delays in payment. However, dining in can be enjoyable with friendly service and a cute atmosphere. The Mussels with White wine Tomato sauce and Garlic bread stood out positively.
