Incredibly busy, but super chaotic feeling. I ordered online and they didn’t have 1/2 of my order in stock- I wish it was updated online like it’s supposed to be.The bathroom was extremely dirty.
Based on the amount of people that come in the building is not designed to handle the large number of people. Line up is usually out the door. Store is usually understaffed and on several different occasions they are out of food items. The drive through wait times far exceed the normal wait time even for a small order.
