The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious. She even sent me a photo of the cake when it was ready. She confirmed the delivery date and time and was reliable throughout the experience. “The Florentine Cookie & the Almond Pastry were AMAZING.They tasted so good. I did not expect the Florentine Cookie to taste that good. It was so sweet but not too much. Had a chewiness too it to add to the nutty yet buttery & light chocolate taste. Really a perfect bite. The Almond Pastry was medium flaky but the powdered sugar elevates it & the hero was the almond custard in the middle. So scrumptious. I love how random this bakery is. It's in the middle of business buildings. Haha! One of my favourite bakeries I've been to in my life.“

“This bakery is an absolute gem. I always order the strawberry Rhubarb pie my favorite. The crust is always so flaky .Trust this post. You have to get there early in the morning or by lunch all the baked goods will be sold out unless you place an order a day in advance.“

“The custom Nanaimo bar cake that Shyla made for my daughter's 18th birthday was the most incredible cake I've tasted in years! I was worried it'd be too rich but it was perfectly sweet and made from scratch. Shyla definitely knows what she's doing in the kitchen and makes absolutely amazing treats. we ordered some macadamia nut cookies as well which were to die for! They were made fresh for us that morning too. Shyla will definitely be making more treats for my family in the future! Her homemade from scratch goodies are worth the slightly higher price tag!“

“After having to find a new caterer for my wedding, I was lucky enough to secure Black Honey and they really put together such a beautiful spread for us and our guests with such short notice. Everyone loved the food and the service. It was everything my husband and I wanted.

Jenn and her team went above and beyond for my wedding this past August 31st. Even being down a few team members, she and her team really knocked it out of the park. I really can't thank her enough.  I highly recommend Black Honey for your catering and bakery needs. Everything will be beyond your expectation with them!

Jenn is easy to talk to and a great planner. If you're looking for a thorough overview of your catering service then Jenn is your girl! I was in such good hands and I am delighted to have worked with her.

“The service from the staff is amazing , they are friendly outgoing and always make you feel welcome doesn’t matter the line you get services with a smile . 10/10 recommend clean lots of dining area with a sitting a area and fireplace great for meeting or gatherings, there’s a lot of parking as well .

“We were at the tims on lansdowne st east at the pioneer gas station getting coffee this afternoon . The girl serving us was doing a great job , considering she was working alone, helping the customers at the drive through and those inside. She was amazing!!! Her name is Nicole ♡“

“Holy cow, ok they were pretty busy and only three people working, I got a chicken habanero bowl. I kid you not it was actually perfect, it looked better than anything I’ve even seen a commercials. I don’t know who put this together, but thank you. It made my day.“

“One of the nicer Tim Horton locations I have been to. The staff are always friendly, and the area is generally kept clean. A good spot to study or work - I always find seats available especially after lunch. Pretty busy during lunch time though with construction workers coming in for food and coffee but still a good atmosphere.“

“I've been coming here since this location was first built. Staff has always been great and always come to the window to say "hi" to my dog. Great people and as for the food... it's Tims. Straight forward menu that everyone knows.“
