Seated quickly a second time, the young server never gave her name. My daughter ordered a veggie wrap. The server recommended a Cheese steak, which I had with sweet potato fries. Disappointed cheese steak very little meat and it was very salty Server never came back to refill water. Waited a while for her to come back with machine to pay. Hate tip expectations, and the machine was programmed to start at 18%. Not today 10% was VERY generous...My Daughter wanted to go to Tipsy Fox. I decided to give Busholme another chance .. Wish I listened to Daughter. Sad SO EASY to stand out and really get big tips by service...

My fiancé and I stopped at The Busholme in Erin on our way home, and while the food itself was quite good, the service left a lot to be desired. He ordered the chicken club and I had the chicken Caesar wrap — both were tasty and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. Our table was dirty when we sat down, and although our server brushed some water off with her hand when placing the menus, we still had to ask for it to be properly wiped down. When our meals arrived, she simply placed the plates down in front of us and walked away without a word. It wasn’t a busy Sunday, so the lack of attentiveness and friendliness was disappointing.
Overall, I’d say the food was enjoyable, but the service was below average.

The ambience is beautiful, takes you back to the old wonderful world..it's a hidden gem and I recommend it..will be definitely back again...thank you

Went with a friend and we shared several apps - brie and pear, sweet potato fries, procuitto and pear flatbread, and cauliflower bites. It was ALL delicious. Service we great. We chose to eat indoors, love the vibe.
First time ordering from the The Busholme. They didn't pick up the phone. Called a few times to place an order. The girl who picked up the phone didn't know how to take an order, so had to pass me to a man to help. Place was busy, great atmosphere, looks packed. Ordered nearly $100 worth of takeout. Not impressed with the food though. Fries were thin and burnt. Not good. Would not order them again. Club sandwich chicken was SUPER dry! Ceasar salad was very small! The only decent item ordered was the Philly cheese steak. For the price, won't be buying from them again.

Great restaurant for a lunch on the outdoor patio with ample shade. The food was excellent and priced well. I had the special Swiss bacon burger with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the tuna tartaki. Both were delicious.
