We moved to Espanola a couple months ago and have been trying ALL our local eateries. I can't believe it took us so long to land at Cortina. Our server Barb was just phenomenal! The Caesar salad was delicious - creamy, salty, lemony and fresh. The French Onion soup was excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs + Penne were fabulous, perfectly prepared homemade pasta with a full-flavoured zesty tomato sauce (chef's kiss YUMMY). Oh, and the home baked loaf of buttery bread was...
So glad we found this restaurant! One of us had the liver snd onions with mashed potatoes—loved it!! And the other of us had the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy—loved it!! Their coffee is delicious too! Service is amazing! Anyone in Espanola or travelling through, should eat here.. ??
I would absolutely return.
