At Happy Yummy Chinese Restaurant in Espanola . Very well decorated dining room , really friendly staff , delicious food , very fast service . You should eat here ?only us because we had an early 3:30 supper ! Our server Jasper was excellent .
Frequently travel through Espanola and used to stop for Chinese at this restaurant. Sold and noted quality, cleanliness went considerably downhill. Now with new owners (young and energetic couple/family business), and what a turn around with total renovations and upgrades. Food was plentiful, fresh, hot and of excellent quality. The food was good considering the location. As one who lives in Asia, I can tell how they try to keep it authentic. I just didn't like how the some of the sauces were in packets and not poured over the dish. It's value for money and always full. Be sure to make reservations for a group.
