Happy Yummy Restaurant Reviews
Whenever in doubt, Chinese food on the way out! We walked into Happy Yummy at about 5 PM on a Tuesday and were greeted and seated immediately. Our first impression was quick service, super tidy interior and a lovely, quiet atmosphere.

Happy Yummy Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its well-decorated space, friendly staff, and delicious Chinese cuisine. The buffet is now offered on Friday nights only and is complemented by a focus on individual dishes, which allows the restaurant to showcase some of their stand-out items. The food is good, with many dishes being quite generous in portion size, and the refills are frequent, ensuring the food is always fresh. The dishes serve as a blast from the past for those who grew up eating at similar places, offering a variety of typical Chinese American choices such as sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken balls, and lo mein. The speed at which food is served is well-paced, with dishes arriving in order of readiness, creating a fun and varied experience. The restaurant has a paper menu, which may be sticky, helping guests choose their meals or combos for more value. Happy Yummy truly puts the "family" in family restaurant, with young staff members taking orders and clearing plates, adding a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Parking is plentiful, with more spots than tables, making it easy to visit. Vegetarian options are available on the menu, and children are welcomed and even employed, making it a kid-friendly spot. Overall, Happy Yummy is a terrific place for delicious Chinese food in the Espanola area.
