It’s the 5th time it happened to me that I went to order a 2 combos 1 hour before closing and they are like we can’t make sandwiches right now. Every single time there is an excuse and 3 staff would just stand there chatting.

Staff was rude. Didn't hand me receipt, essentially ignored me even though it was pretty clear I was waiting for it. Then when I asked for a bottle of water instead of the cup she said it's extra (fine, company policy) I scoffed and said that's okay - cut me off as I told people behind me they could have mine for free -saying to sub for salad or gravy. Asked her to repeat herself and she cut me off AS I was asking. Thought for a moment and said no, but someone can have a free drink. She put the cup away instead. Ridiculous. I should have taken the cup and just handed it to someone. Won't be back.

KFC is 100% Halal, so all chicken meat is sacrificed to the Islamic god Allah. As a Born Again Christian, I cannot partake of meat sacrificed to false gods (Ex 20:3-5, 22:20, 34:15; Num 25:2; Ps 106:28; Acts 15:20, 21:25, 29; 1 Cor 10:20-22) . Unfortunately, KFC didn't warn me of this new policy by neither signage nor verbally, so I found out later, and was agast.
Service was very slow, waiting 20 minutes

It's a KFC. It's average. The door is HEAVY, and doesn't have an automatic button to open it so it isn't accessible in the slightest for people with disabilities or elderly people.
Parking: Parking is shared among all of the businesses in the strip, with specific sections of the lot belonging to certain stores. The hair salon next door owns the parking along the fence while KFC and the other businesses utilize the rest of the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. The door is too heavy to open and maneuver around in a wheelchair, and the second door is always locked, so if your chair cannot fit through the single door you cannot open the second one to enter.

Awful service. They hate their job, and it is well shown.
Went there 29 June around noon. The food was good. However, the service could be better. The girl on cash seemed like she didn't want to work there. Wouldn't even respond to guest saying thanks hlo etc. Please train your staff better on customer service. Also the washroom could use some renovation. No complaints regarding the quality and taste of food. It was tasty.

We ordered boneless bucket chicken but the chicken was very salty excessive salt which is extreme unable to eat it. When I complained to the girl on the counter called her chef both of them pretended like it’s obvious as it’s tender so it must be salty, when I asked them is it mention somewhere that it will be too salty then they excused it’s written online I checked everywhere but didn’t found information they are trying to convince me to get rid off their mistake I buy it and it’s garbage chicken never excepted KFC could be this much garbage.
