Waited for half an hour for crispy crunch sandwich and a three-piece chicken Watch at least one person walk in order two three-piece chickens and walk out in about five minutes finally they got my order and apparently I ordered a combo with my crispy chicken sandwich which I didn’t then I had to wait for the manager to refund me. I’ve been in Espanola for about six years a little more the last time I went there I promised I wouldn’t go back and now I really promise I’ll never go back to that KFC.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the front-desk staff members. She seemed visibly unhappy to be there, and the attitude came across to customers. When I said “thank you,” there was no response, which felt unprofessional.
When I entered the store and went to use the kiosk, the staff member said, “The kiosks aren’t working,” in a very dismissive tone. There was also no sign indicating the kiosks were out of service, so it felt like customers were being talked down to for not already knowing.
I’m providing this feedback not to be harsh, but because experiences like this can make customers uncomfortable. Clear signage and more courteous communication would go a long way.

The best thing ever made all in history, their chicken = perfection, their tenders are extremely crispy and tender. THEIR fries tho… they are perfectly delicious. Such good workers! They are extremely nice and funny. There’s this worker that even remembers my order too well! KFC is a must go! 11/10!
(I RECOMMEND GETTING 4 PIECE TENDERS WITH FRIES AND SMALL GRAVY)

Drove 1.5 hrs to get some KFC after checking online to make sure they were open and I arrive to it being closed and under construction while their Google says open regular hours. Thanks guess I'll stay in Elliot Lake next time rather than make the drive!

The kid at the cash was wearing a hoodie and head phones, and definitely not interested in being there. Tables were all dirty, napkins and garbage on the floor, garbage can was overflowing and the kid did nothing until an older couple shamed him into wiping and table for them and thats all he did. Absolutely no work ethics or pride. WOW.

Worse dirty KFC we ve ever seen. So dirty. Garbage everywhere. Dirty table. Employers with big black over head hoodies looking at their cell phone and big ear phones on. No uniforms. When no customers they hide i. Back on cell pho es not cleaning g. Food badly prep and no pride in making it for customer. Manager needs to be fired and health board brought in weekly. It's shamefully for other KFC

Where is Chris and Lenore ???They are the best the one girl at cash today Aug 18 2025 was not a people person .I specifically asked for no legs in my meal I asked her to please put the note on my order.My son has medical issues and cannot eat dark meat .It was fairly busy my chicken gravy and salad were in the bag however did not get the fries but two other people received their 3 and 4 piece meals while I am still waiting for my fries.I asked the girl again there are no legs right and she said that's right It was busy or I would have asked her to open the 6 piece and check.I got home and there were 2 legs in my order not impressed and certainly not worth driving back as the rest of my dinner would be cold .I paid $35.00 and I have to throw 2 legs in the garbage. The next time I will only go in if Chris and Lenore are there.The staff their today were not friendly and it was poor customer service.

Ordered a 4 Piece box meal for $20 and got two pieces of chicken each cut in half, absolutely ridiculous, last time going to this KFC, should have listened to the talk around town about this KFC going downhill.

This is the best KFC I have ever been to in Ontario, Canada.
I showed up waiting for them to open at 11am as I had driven from down South on a week day in Feb.
Yes, they were a bit irritated, but do you blame them?
I ordered a ridiculous amount of chicken to take to Shes, I went to the loo and came back out - it was already done. HOT.
I was so hungry from driving at 6am. I ate the chicken tenders, it was piping hot. Super good.
Good job team. Will return again, because my friend loves KFC and lives in the middle of nowhere.
Only con: they do not serve spicy chicken, which is too bad! And Also, fast food has become really expensive.
