Where is Chris and Lenore ???They are the best the one girl at cash today Aug 18 2025 was not a people person .I specifically asked for no legs in my meal I asked her to please put the note on my order.My son has medical issues and cannot eat dark meat .It was fairly busy my chicken gravy and salad were in the bag however did not get the fries but two other people received their 3 and 4 piece meals while I am still waiting for my fries.I asked the girl again there are no legs right and she said that's right It was busy or I would have asked her to open the 6 piece and check.I got home and there were 2 legs in my order not impressed and certainly not worth driving back as the rest of my dinner would be cold .I paid $35.00 and I have to throw 2 legs in the garbage. The next time I will only go in if Chris and Lenore are there.The staff their today were not friendly and it was poor customer service.

Ordered a 4 Piece box meal for $20 and got two pieces of chicken each cut in half, absolutely ridiculous, last time going to this KFC, should have listened to the talk around town about this KFC going downhill.

Boy at the counter was wearing his hoodie up, and had headphones on, was fooling around on his phone when we walked in, very unprofessional. In addition, our order was wrong. Too busy listening to his music and playing on his phone to pay attention to customers‘ proper orders?

This is the best KFC I have ever been to in Ontario, Canada.
I showed up waiting for them to open at 11am as I had driven from down South on a week day in Feb.
Yes, they were a bit irritated, but do you blame them?
I ordered a ridiculous amount of chicken to take to Shes, I went to the loo and came back out - it was already done. HOT.
I was so hungry from driving at 6am. I ate the chicken tenders, it was piping hot. Super good.
Good job team. Will return again, because my friend loves KFC and lives in the middle of nowhere.
Only con: they do not serve spicy chicken, which is too bad! And Also, fast food has become really expensive.

I have traveled all throughout the province and this particular one is by far hands down the most tastiest KFC . They are not all created equally . The KFCs in Toronto and the other larger cities need ro take notice

I am from Blind River.. ordered a Festive Feast tonight and was missing half the Feast! Very unhappy and cannot get into contact with the store. Paid 54 dollars for a 40 dollar meal

It’s the 5th time it happened to me that I went to order a 2 combos 1 hour before closing and they are like we can’t make sandwiches right now. Every single time there is an excuse and 3 staff would just stand there chatting.

Staff was rude. Didn't hand me receipt, essentially ignored me even though it was pretty clear I was waiting for it. Then when I asked for a bottle of water instead of the cup she said it's extra (fine, company policy) I scoffed and said that's okay - cut me off as I told people behind me they could have mine for free -saying to sub for salad or gravy. Asked her to repeat herself and she cut me off AS I was asking. Thought for a moment and said no, but someone can have a free drink. She put the cup away instead. Ridiculous. I should have taken the cup and just handed it to someone. Won't be back.

KFC is 100% Halal, so all chicken meat is sacrificed to the Islamic god Allah. As a Born Again Christian, I cannot partake of meat sacrificed to false gods (Ex 20:3-5, 22:20, 34:15; Num 25:2; Ps 106:28; Acts 15:20, 21:25, 29; 1 Cor 10:20-22) . Unfortunately, KFC didn't warn me of this new policy by neither signage nor verbally, so I found out later, and was agast.
