Went through the drive thru yesterday, as we do twice a month passing through Espanola. I Ordered chocolate milk x 2 with the 2 happy meals, server barely spoke English. He gave us hot chocolate instead, he did trade it for chocolate milk but did not give a refund for the 2 hot chocolates. I also ordered 3 double big macs with extra sauce on all 3. Customers have reported long waits for cold fries and nuggets, even when the staff is busy but managing orders. The music in the restaurant starts playing early in the morning and cannot be turned down. Parking can be difficult, especially for those with trailers or pickup trucks, but there are options nearby. Despite some shortcomings, this McDonald's is still considered better than some alternatives. A veggie burger could improve the menu options, but there is literally a 50/50 chance of it being good.
