“Saturday Fools Spring Day! Bring on the nice weather so the patio here can be enjoyed. Our service, food, and wine were perfectly perfect ?. Our waitor was apparently new to the establishment but not to his waitor skills. Paco was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and right there if you needed anything. The atmosphere was inviting, no loud music to block out conversation, a few TVs with sports on.We ordered the cheese board 24.00 and worth every dollar. We chose Paglione Cabernet merlot...very dry but went well with cheese board. Bathrooms clean and entire establishment was inviting. A must visit when you pass through Essex,“

“Great place to stay in Kingsville, and also a great place to eat. Most menu items are in the heavy side, and servings are large. [Update 2024- kung pao Brussels were covered in so much salty sauce we couldn't really eat them, fries likewise were overly salty, haven't had this experience before. Fried fish was as good as always]. I often go to Gastropubs that don't balance the gastro with the pub, this place gets it right. We ate three other places in town, this was hands down the best place.As far as the room went, we stayed in the Garden Room. The in-suite hot tub was nice. It was a little noisy until 11pm, but that may have had more to do with the people staying next to us than anything else. You could slightly hear music from the bar, but it wasn't bad-- and heck, we may be the only people who go to sleep at 9:30 on vacation :-).“

“I came here tonight for my birthday dinner treated by a friend and my food tasted great I am just not happy with the portion sizing of what I had recieved. The service and staff was good. I am also disappointed they removed the mac and cheese off the menu. I went to the one downtown almost a decade ago and I remember them having the best mac and cheese in the city and to come here after so long to be saddened they removed a very amazing menu item was disappointing. I rated the atmosphere a 3 because it was very cold in the restaraunt.“

“I use to come here lots once when it was called Rack and Roll.But, today was a quick visit for a ice cold beer , ...draft beer. They got a good selection of beer. Hard liquor is there too. The staff is nice and the place is clean. There is lots of parking. The parking lot is nice, big, easy to navigate. Over all I had a good experience here. I highly recommend it.“
