I recently had a terrible experience at the 711 on Lakeshore Blvd W and Mimico. I sent my boyfriend to purchase a stick of deodorant that I gave him the money for, and when he arrived, he was immediately accused of stealing. He emptied his pockets and kept telling them he has nothing and isn’t stealing he just got there, yet they continued to accuse him and made him feel embarrassed and humiliated.I was outraged by this mistreatment and the false accusation with no evidence. I will never go back to this 711 again and will not recommend this location to anyone. Would rather go to my local corner store or take the bus to the 711 at lakeshore and 24th st.I believe that everyone deserves respect and fair treatment, especially when it comes to falsely accusing someone of theft. It's disgusting that a company like 711 would allow this to happen to their customers. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this to think twice before shopping at this 711 location. They clearly don't value their customers and are willing to falsely accuse them without any proof.

This place has so much stuff. Almost too much stuff. Went in for one thing and spent 30mins here looking at all the stuff. The beef tacquitos surprisingly, are surprisingly really good.

Just your usual 7/11. Nice location, good stock, sometimes nice cashiers (some don't smile or say thank you).

Do not order any food from here via Uber Eats or similar delivery services. The food in store is really tasty and the staff are great. However, the food is supplied in the most basic form with no condiments of any sort. A total waste of money and kind of insulting for customers who order via Uber.I ordered several items including nachos, hot dogs and other things. The hot dogs came plain with no toppings of any kind. The nachos similarly were supplied with just the chips: I basically paid $5 for a small portion of Doritos. No cheese, salsa, onion or anything else. The very least this store could do is provide basic condiments or ask customers on the delivery app which toppings or additional things they would like included.Disappointing for such a good store with great tasting food. The chicken wings are amazing at the very least I have something positive to say about those.

Some of the staff are friendly but other staff especially the new staff members are not nice. Seriously if you hate working there why work there. So rude,no matters

I’m only leaving this review so that the owner/manager will get the message.I don’t think a chain like 7-11 needs to be reviewed. It’s the same standard across the board and this location is no different. So corporate …. Calm down. Everything is up to standards.I’m writing this review because your Cuban employee by the name of (Lisbeth?) is so lovely. I live down the street and pop in from time to time. She goes above and beyond to create a connection each time I pop in. I hate to admit it, but she has created a sense of community for me and now my local is a corporate convenience store. It actually pained me to write that.I hope this review reaches her and you reward her accordingly.

Since the pandemic a lot has been changed in the store. For example they have to fill up the coffee for you and grab donuts. You can't self serve anymore, even though you use proper sanitization. The pointing system is not like it used to be, there was better promotions back then. Now it takes you longer to cumulate free stuff with points. Also the food like pizza and hotdogs doesn't taste fresh because you don't know when it was baked in the oven. So are the donuts and the cookies

What a mistake ordering food from here. Pizza was cold, tasted really cheap and was gross. Ordered chicken strips that were cold and burnt. Yuck.

I live in the area. Visited the place many times. Nothing wrong with it. Typical seven-eleven. Clean. I never had any problem with the staff. It has hundred visitors everyday. I see all negativity is reflected here. And many dusty semi dead places around have a lot of delights in reviews which look very suspicious.
