We were in the neighborhood to visit our kids’ new house, so seven of us stopped in for lunch. Us moms ordered the Caprese Salad and our jaws dropped when lovely Amy brought our food! The presentation was awesome and the portion? We could have shared one! The cheese was deliciously fresh and tasty. The tomatoes were juicy and fresh and the figs were a really nice touch. We were delighted with our experience and will definitely come again, now that the kids are in the neighborhood!

I’ve been going here for YEARS- it’s my favourite pizza place ever and I always recommend it to people. I love it so much that when their boss came to visit a gelato place I used to work at I was almost star struck ?

It’s not just the pizza but also like all their dishes are great. My favourite is the spicy Calabrese one ? I’m trying to find the many photos I took over the years but this app doesn’t have a search function so ? you’re just gonna have to take my word for it.

Their mushroom pasta is rlly good too, as well as their garlic bread. The staff members are warm and it’s always a joy to eat at your place, thank you for having me! :)

The pizza at this restaurant is not bad, but the service towards people of colour is disappointing and concerning.

My wife and I visited this restaurant a few times and have consistently noticed a difference in how we're treated. Each time, we've experienced delays and a lack of acknowledgment when waiting to be seated. On our most recent visit, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we stood by the entrance for several minutes without any recognition from the staff. At one point, a server near us was asked to take a picture for a nearby table. Instead of acknowledging us or assuring us that she’d attend to us shortly, she actually asked us to move aside so she could take a photo. That was the last straw for us, and we won’t be returning.

Even during past visits, we've observed other people of colour receiving similar treatment. Having travelled to well over 26 countries, I don't bring up issues of racism lightly. However, this experience has made it clear that there's a pattern, not only from our own experiences but also from the others who have left a similar review here. I can’t support an establishment that appears to treat its patrons differently based on race, no matter how good the food is. There are plenty of other places in the city with good food that are not seemingly racist.

Great place to go and great food. The staff here are excellent. This is my go to when I want a great sit down pizza. Weather permitting they have a nice outdoor patio.
I recommend the M’IKMAQ or the Grand River.

Visited this restaurant for the 2nd time today that too for my birthday and have always loved the food here. However, for some reason the service staff here always seems unwilling to help and rude at times. I have felt this more so towards us as compared to other tables. This might be due to us being students or the only brown people in the entire restaurant. The owners need to take notice as i talked about this with my friends who have visited as well and they all agreed that the service staff is not courteous in anyway. Hope they improve on this and this doesn’t occur with other people especially on their once a year birthday dinner!!

Visited for my brothers birthday, was treated awfully on his special day by the server. She was extremely ignorant and had to ask her multiple times for the same thing but she still chose to serve people coming in after us before. Kind of felt judged by her as a college student. All I have to say is my brothers special day really got ruined. Not recommended at all as it has happened to multiple students aswell.
