Gave this place too many chance to redeem their self. At first the food quality was great. But I’ve constantly have been sold STINK MEAT!!. Every food I order on uber eats from this store, the meat as been completely stink. There’s at times they re-use old meat from previous day as well. Such as fry chicken. They reheat and sell it. I’m completely disappointed that I’ve been getting stinking meat to eat.
Even the potato salad isn’t fresh at times. This place just keeps on robbing me of my money.
Update: they’re still serving you stale meat, I’m sure everyone knows what a fresh fry chicken looks like. This restaurant is a hit or miss. 70% of the time you’re being served stale, stink meat.

I used to live in the area before moving to Ottawa. I’m coming back to visit family next weekend and I’ll be craving the red bean with beef soup! They only have it available at certain times during week so I’ll have to ask my brother to pick some up before my arrival on Friday night!

The food is average at best, but the real issue is the cleanliness. Honestly, the place looks like it needs a full reset—maybe even a grand reopening after a serious cleanup. The hallways are cluttered like a storage unit, and when I tried to use the washroom, I was shocked. It’s unisex, poorly maintained, and downright nasty.
Management please do better!

When I tell you SOMETHING IS WRONG with 876JamRock now, SOMETHING IS WRONG! This place used to be great up until a few months ago. Something has definitely changed, whether it's the cook or management. The food is now STALE and SMELLS ABSOLUTELY SPOILED! I placed and order for goat, chicken and rice. The RICE was BURNT and HARD! The GOAT SMELLED and TASTED like it was COOKED A FEWS DAYS PRIOR, and the CHICKEN had an absolutely SPOILED SMELL, which they proceeded to DROWN in gravy TO COVER THE SMELL. This used to be one of the top places to go, now it seems like they're competing with Sunrise for the stale food award. Disappointing.

Amazing Jamaican food every time. So far I’ve tried the fish, oxtail, jerk chicken, cow foot and their porridge. Service is top-notch thanks to Tina, Kay, and Tara. Always friendly, always consistent highly recommend!
