The lady cashier uses same gloves to touch garbage can and cleaning products then handles your food. I’ve worked in food industry to know basic handwashing and they’re not doing that here. Avoid this place.. and not sure why they are not changing gloves at the front

Garbage service. All of the employees not using gloves. One of the employees put cheese on burger than went to computer typed something and without washing hands continued making burger. Disgusting.

I DID NOT EXPECT THIS, A SELF TO MAKE ORDER.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with my recent Uber order. I followed your instructions and submitted my order exactly as requested. However, what I received was completely incorrect and makes me seriously question the level of attention and care your team puts into handling customer requests.

This is not just a minor mistake — the entire order was wrong, and it feels like no one took the time to review or verify what was being sent out. I trusted your service and was left frustrated, inconvenienced, and without the items I paid for.

This is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund for the entire order. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

To other customers: Please double-check everything and be cautious — this kind of oversight should not be happening, especially from a platform like Uber.

It’s nothing more or less than any other burger restaurants. AnW used to be cheaper and worth the food. As I do not shop fast food restaurants I have not noticed before but here and I want everyone to know is that they are handling food in unsafe manner. Person handling burger with his BARE HANDS!!!!!! That a huge NO. I’m sorry and for one I do not believe this was any sort of trend even 50 years ago. I think who ever manages this burger spot need to wake up.

Go in there every once in a while. Everytime I get the runs afterwards. Burgers should be served with a side of toilet paper. Not their best location

The night shift ladies ( Komal, Hardeep and the pregnant one) are pretty friendly and professional when dealing with customers.
I come here often because of their friendliness and they keep the place clean as well...food is always on point and in my case, never experienced any problems.
The only reason I gave 4 stars ✨ for atmosphere is the occasional harassment these ladies endures from some violent homeless people...thankfully the security guards are always very responsive to deal with the situation.
I recently downloaded the app but it needs improvement.
