review going down from 5 to 1. screw a&w for no longer offering beyond meat. i don't even care that this isn't a franchise-specific decision, this sucks

After 11 PM, I bought Mozza combo. The patty seemed pre-grilled, and the mozzarella cheese sat on top without melting. The patty tasted like it was boiled, and it wasn't even hot. I was the only customer, yet the three staff members were chatting away, clearly not paying attention to the food. It's unfortunate that some irresponsible staff can lower the food quality, even though there are employees who do pay attention and make the food well. If I met such indifferent and unprofessional staff on my next visit, I definitely won't want to go back again.

Total lack of care, quality has dropped to basically an inedible level. Please stop adding an entire ring of onion and put some care in the topping placement. So gross now. Sucks because I used to like this AW

This cash handling girl is rude for no reason. I even old person getting treated badly by this cash handling employee

I used to come here regularly, but after my last visit, I don’t think I will anymore. I placed a takeout order through UberEats, and when I went to pick it up, the employee handling my order was incredibly rude for no reason. She hadn’t packed my order, so I politely asked for a cup holder and a bag. Instead of just handing them over, she tossed a small bag at me, and when I pointed out that the cup holder wouldn’t fit, she cut me off mid-sentence and started yelling about how it would. She berated me like I had done something wrong, which left me completely shocked and anxious. I just stood there struggling to fit everything while she scoffed at me. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I honestly don’t feel comfortable coming back after that.

It's trash at this point. Ordered online for pick up. They told me I have to wait , I'm like for what. The whole point point of ordering online is to take it to go and they were talking instead of making things right all I got for waiting there is sorry 😞

I was hungry and I ordered the All Canadian breakfast, I asked for the eggs to be scrambled. When it was presented to me the eggs were chopped into tiny pieces. I asked what is this, and I asked for scrambled eggs. I was then told this is how they make them at this location. I have been to this location before for breakfast and this is not how they make their scrambled eggs. The girl went back and spoke with the lady who prepared the eggs in their language and she reluctantly made new eggs. I would need a spoon to eat the first eggs. I have been to this location many times but sadly I won't be back.

The employee did not wear her gloves, unhygienic.

I placed a mobile order for 1 masala veggie burger and 1 peri peri patota buddy burger. On arrival at store i was told by employess that they don't have masala veggie which cost 6 dollar and i asked for refund and they told me call customer service and when i asked to cancel my order they said they can't. Then i asked for customer service number and they also don't have the number. Then they were saying they can give me the burger which is cheaper than that but why i should take that because i paid for masala veggie and if you don't have why its available on app on your location.
