i just ordered an onion ring around 8:50pm, it was horrible to see the staff use their bare hands (no gloves) to pick up the food and put it in the fryer. then she continued to wipe the table with her own hands.

Thank you for this container of disgusting, burnt grilled onions instead of the poutine that I ordered. What is wrong with you people?

Don’t know what’s going on with restaurants these days. Ordered from uber eats 6 habanero burgers and got all burgers without habanero sauce and no tomatoes. When we called they are like, yeah we gave you chubby burgers and told us to raise it with uber. Its not even chubby chicken. They just forgot to put the rest of the stuff. I mean uber would then flag us and that’s the world we live in.

People have become careless with a don’t care attitude and quality is degrading day by day.

The only thing the servers always forget or perhaps refuse to add are napkins. Why must we ask all the time. They always fail to put napkins in my take out bag. They don't even ask if I want ketchup with my breakfast food.

There were only 2 workers serving customers on a Sunday evening. The lineup was relatively packed. Even though I and another family placed an order before anyone else, orders that were shorter and after us were served first. Also, the workers were NOT wearing gloves when preparing the food, which is quite off-putting, to say the least. Get these people to start wearing gloves!

One of the girl working here at night is so rude after mentioning to her to put some ketchup and mayo she said she would definitely put it in but she didn’t. She then proceeds to ignore my calls specially cos when my bf called this anw she picked up immediately and when she knew it’s us she hung up laughing. No napkin no straw no ketchup no nothing

I ordered the burger last night but it took 40mins to prepare it. Usually in person it takes 5 mins to prepare. Please dont take orders if you need so much time.
