Very slow customer service. waited for 10 mins for a cupcake to be put in a box lol while employee was chatting with her friends. Walked away, not coming back.

It is easy to see this is a shop that is passionate!I really hope that if you are in Etobicoke or looking for a wonderful place to have a snack. This is in the Six Points plaza near Starbucks & I find this is a great place to get an ice cream or a snack!???There is a donut place nearby & this wonderful bake shop does an exceptional job, you can see it in the window and in the smiles of the customers! Everybody deserves Sweetness in their lives!? ?Please note that this is a great place that if you're looking to cater an event or just get a snack. ?You can give cupcakes and cookies as a gifts! I had ice cream & I bought a plushie!????If you're looking for a location to go on a date this would be a great location! I also want to just thank the staff, I also want to encourage people to stay safe in the plaza. It gets busy!???♂️Thank you for reading this review. I personally do this because I find people are passionate? about their businesses or deserve to be rewarded for their hard work as employees owners or more!Myself, I enjoy going places. This is my fav cupcake place:)! I absolutely love cream cheese icing so I always order the red velvet or carrot cake desserts from here. I also love that they have dog treats so that our fur babies can enjoy a nice treat too:)!

Bought the strawberry cake for Father’s Day and was really disappointed. The icing is not creamy but instead you can feel sugar grains when you bite down and it just tasted like sugar not much flavor. Disappointed

Just had their strawberry cake, the cake was very poorly made. It looked good visually but had gritty icing that tasted like sugar and was very grainy. Don’t recommend

The cookies are so good here (my review is only about the cookies cuz that's all I ate). Soft, chewy, with a little bit of crunch and baked goodness flavouring. One dozen for $20 is a good price for what you get. You can never go wrong with the chocolate chip while the peanut butter ones leave extra crumbs. The only downside, cookies may sell out if you get there too late in the business day, with no more baking or replenishment until next day.

Love the skor brownie. Nice to get a free cupcake each birthday month! Also enjoy their peanut butter thumbprint cookies.
Clean, friendly and well stocked. I always pick up cookies and cupcakes, they freeze so well! The dough to make at home are so yummy.

Found this gem of a bake shop today and WOW is all I have to say. Friendly staff, everything is amazing! had a craving for gingerbread and they did not make it home! The smell was amazing and I ate them in the way home! best I have ever had

I visit this shop maybe 3-4 times each year. A couple weekends ago I spent $50 on a dozen cupcakes for a birthday. While they looked beautiful, they tasted a bit stale - maybe from the previous day? Who knows. Not sure I’ll take the chance again.

If you’re going to sell day old/two day old cupcakes then you should charge for day olds accordingly.How dare you sell stale cupcakes (and I mean stale!!!) and charge full price !!!I call you to inform you of this matter and you Do NOT bother to return the call.Never AGAIN
