I came here with my family on this evening . We are the regular customer of bar burritos and tried many locations in GTA . I like the food but customer service was terrible here. Food maker, Parag was very rude from the beginning and ended up worst conversation. It was pure drama while he was adding ingredients in my rice bowl. I skipped many veggies like cheese, jalapeños but he was adding ingredients in a very small quantity (pinch of onions, corns(5-6 piece) I simply requested to add onions in a normal quantity to make the meal eatable as everything was less and he simply denied and said extra charges for that in a very rude manner. I was willing to pay that as well. But his behaviour was giving negative vibes. At the end I asked him to give extra spoon if not chargeable, he said if you want, i will add charges. The whole experience in this store and dine in was negative only because of this conversation. The meal was good, but I did not enjoy that meal because of negativity due to this customer service. No to this location for future!

Today we had our dinner here in this burritos shop. This is the first time for us and all the employees here were so friendly and the place is very clean… Pooja from this shop really did an amazing job and explained us everything very patiently… I highly recommend this place to everyone… great job guys 👍👍👍

I am much delighted to have the Mexican burrito bowl and chips with salsa at this place served by Ms.Pankti. That was a superhit and enough to set my hunger at place. Also, the way she was handling the store with huge crowd of customers is commendable. Store and the dining area was cleanest of all stores I have dine in till date.If in a craving for Mexican cuisine, must visit this store.
Good place for dine in with great ambience and cleanliness. Also the food was 10/10. Will visit again for sure.

The employee who was closing today refused to let us dine in at 08:30 PM stating that dining in is closed because IT WAS HIS TIME TO CLOSE, upon asking to show us any such instructions, he rudely said that it's his decision to make whether he allows customer to eat or not at the time of closing. Store was open till 09:00 PM. He also asked me whether I will pay him extra if he got delayed in his closing shift for cleaning in case we created some mess around.
Does the restaurant run by it's policy of operation or is it by the employee's own rules for convenience??

Went to try the new B-box. This is supposed to be a rice based dish, I had to search for rice. When I asked if that was all the rice they put (1.25 scoops) I was told it was a small....and no other size options. It didn't even get to half way of the divider. It did not look how it was advertised. When doing ingredients the lettuce was browing and wilted. Was not impressed. Food was OK, may consider returning but will check ingredients prior. Consider doing the same.
