I have been very disappointed by this location multiple times. I frequently visit this location as it very close to my house/work and almost every time I go they are out of either steak, ground beef, or crunchy chicken. They always say they are “out for the night”, however I visit this place at 7ish and they are open for a few hours later, so I just don’t understand. This is terrible customer/ food service and it makes me want to no longer eat here.

The staff is very unprofessional and they always looked bored and tired from their job and yell at one another for no reason. Also, automatic door open switch doesn't work, no hot water, so on and so forth...Don't waste your money here. Never going back again.

The food is great although prices going up a little too fast. Can't go here for lunch during the week because of rowdy kids from Martingrove making noise and using EVERY seat in the place yet I don't see any bowls or burritos only lunch bags ?? Why do you allow this - they clearly aren't spending any money there ?!

Please dont fall for the reviews. Ordered on skip. Spent $19.42 exact for one burrito. This is what I got. Burrito was full of rice and beans. Clearly not enough salad. Taste was not good at all. Stay away
Best food in town. Please train your staff to treat pick up orders with priority. I ordered 35 mins in advance and when i walked in there was a line up and the staff were only taking in store customer orders. If i make an order in advance, i expect to be treated like i’m apart of the line up and dont get pushed till the end and wait another 30 mins just because i ordered online. Ridiculous.

I have been going here once a week since opening. Ordered a bean bowl tonight and had to keep asking for more of each ingredient and my bowl was still not full. This has happened the last 3 visits and today marked my last visit. Same employee

This is an updated review. I gave 5 stars two years ago, when the place had just opened. We have been ordering burritos from this place quite regularly, and they have been pretty good, but... what we received today was three tiny, underwhelming burritos- literally half from what they used to be. There have been consistency issues with this place in the past, but this is so far the worst. Also, we were excited to see steak burritos back on the menu, but this is not steak- tiny pieces of dry meat that you have to look for with a magnifying glass... no, thank you.
