After suffering through Toronto’s heat wave, it was well worth it! I had the strawberry cheesecake and the flavour was spot on and refreshing! Very satisfying and they have many more flavours. Can’t wait to try them one by one.

Very disappointed! Ordered my son's birthday cake. Girl who took my order did not understand English well and specifically said half white cake and half cookies and cream. Had my friend pick up the cake and it was all ice cream no cake.
We went to get some ice cream at 7:45 pm on November 9th 2024 and had the most pleasant experience with the young woman with glasses, who was working on this night. She was very helpful in making recommendations and overall had wonderful customer service. She even told me the cost breakdown of my order with extras. I usually would not make a review for a quick ice cream run, but her wonderful customer service really made it a lovely experience! We will be back for sure

I wanted to buy two tubs of ice cream and the woman behind the counter was VERY RUDE. She yelled at me to step away from the freezer and she will get me the ice cream. While I was waiting, another customer came in and tried to help herself to the ice cream freezer as well. This was normal practice for this other customer as well. The cashier woman yelled at her too and told her I was first and to get behind me. After she served all her ice cream cone requesting customers, the cashier woman got my ice cream out of the freezer and cashed me out. She said that BR changed their policy and customer are no longer allowed to touch the freezer (that is clearly in the customer area). This would have been good for her to explain in a clear, calm voice. No need to treat me like a criminal and or vagrant. Be ready to be yelled at if you go to this store. Personally, I will take my business elsewhere. There are better, locally owned places I can patronize.
