Very disappointed! Ordered my son's birthday cake. Girl who took my order did not understand English well and specifically said half white cake and half cookies and cream. Had my friend pick up the cake and it was all ice cream no cake.

We went to get some ice cream at 7:45 pm on November 9th 2024 and had the most pleasant experience with the young woman with glasses, who was working on this night. She was very helpful in making recommendations and overall had wonderful customer service. She even told me the cost breakdown of my order with extras. I usually would not make a review for a quick ice cream run, but her wonderful customer service really made it a lovely experience! We will be back for sure

I wanted to buy two tubs of ice cream and the woman behind the counter was VERY RUDE. She yelled at me to step away from the freezer and she will get me the ice cream. While I was waiting, another customer came in and tried to help herself to the ice cream freezer as well. This was normal practice for this other customer as well. The cashier woman yelled at her too and told her I was first and to get behind me. After she served all her ice cream cone requesting customers, the cashier woman got my ice cream out of the freezer and cashed me out. She said that BR changed their policy and customer are no longer allowed to touch the freezer (that is clearly in the customer area). This would have been good for her to explain in a clear, calm voice. No need to treat me like a criminal and or vagrant. Be ready to be yelled at if you go to this store. Personally, I will take my business elsewhere. There are better, locally owned places I can patronize.

Giving a low rating. Heard Baskin Robin's has icecream cakes. Went in to pick up a frozen ice cream cake on the way to my hubby's surprise birthday party. Lots to choose from already made picked up a nice Jamoca Almond Fudge. Staff wrote on it put a nice Happy Birthday . Put it in a nice box . Paid $57 plus dollars thought this is going to be great and a huge surprise for everyone including my husband . After a terrific dinner we were all excited for the star of the show..The Birthdsy Ice cream cake ! Everyone "Oooohh and Ahhh-ed" it was going to be the highlight right? Well..hubby cut the first slice..it began to melt..no problem its ice cream cake right? .next slice melting more..everyone looking puzzled like something missing. After each slice cut it got worse.. I'm totaly embarrassed noticed there is NO CAKE to be found inside this so called Baskin Robbins ice cream cake.! What the bleep??. apologized to everyone. Family asking questions like how much did it cost ? Where did I get it from? ?..Spent too much on just ice cream. It was a sad situation. Called them next day. Of course they said "Oh you have to order the cake 2 days before. and it's additional $8 . I was pleasant but felt cheated. So sorry Baskin Robbins..should let your customers know those frozen ready to pick up ice cream cakes are nothing but ready to pick up ice cream. First and last tine. Sorry Baskin Robbins. Next time it will be Dairy Queen.
