We went to get some ice cream at 7:45 pm on November 9th 2024 and had the most pleasant experience with the young woman with glasses, who was working on this night. She was very helpful in making recommendations and overall had wonderful customer service. She even told me the cost breakdown of my order with extras. I usually would not make a review for a quick ice cream run, but her wonderful customer service really made it a lovely experience! We will be back for sure

I went to this Baskin Robbins location for the first time just now and I got serve by a kind, smiley and cute girl name Sushma, she has excellent Customer service and she is very efficient.

Lots of variety for flavors, but the portions are comically small and the prices are ridiculously high for scoops, sundaes, and shakes. The shop is clean and professional, but this is not a good option for value or portion size. Try Dairy Queen or an ice-cream truck instead.
