The worst experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop in Canada. We reached at 7:30pm half n hour before closing time and the server denied us ice cream sundaes since it was closing time. The problem was not the rejection but the attitude he had while he denied us. He had terrible attitude towards us like sorry we bothered him since he had half n hour to close and sorry we walked in to his store since he doesn’t like his job and doesn’t have any basic sense of how to talk to a person.
I would recommend everyone not to go to this particular location as they have bad attitude, terrible customer service and no regards towards basic courtesy or respect!!

The worst smoothie the old guy Michael added a lot of ice u worked so many years in baskin Robbin’s and I don’t know you can’t add too much ice it will make the flavor taste watery and bad he usually has a bad attitude when I come and he was smirking while adding the ice never will come here thx for ruining the experience Michael I had to throw the smoothie out

I never had an issue with my request with any other Baskin-Robbins shop but this. This time they even served too less quantity with and didn't even consider a request of customer. Worst customer service.

The person with specs might be the owner who has too much attitude issue. He must learn how to politely say something to customers. Kids may demand things, but as a store handler, you should learn how to politely say something. I am a regular customer store, lost 5 customers from my end even though we go to fantasy fair. Will no more anything there. I have been visiting this store more than 4 years now, never face such situation with other worker. But this person with specs definitely need customer handling training.
