I never had an issue with my request with any other Baskin-Robbins shop but this. This time they even served too less quantity with and didn't even consider a request of customer. Worst customer service.

The person with specs might be the owner who has too much attitude issue. He must learn how to politely say something to customers. Kids may demand things, but as a store handler, you should learn how to politely say something. I am a regular customer store, lost 5 customers from my end even though we go to fantasy fair. Will no more anything there. I have been visiting this store more than 4 years now, never face such situation with other worker. But this person with specs definitely need customer handling training.

AMAZING!!!!!!OMG LITTERLY the best icecream EVERRRRRRR. It's so good to the cakes, ti the cookie sandwiches it's so goooood my fav to icecream combo it the chocolate with the world class chocolate I have that almost every time, my favorite thing to have is the chocolate milkshakes it's soooo delicious. TBH it's wayyy better then dairy cream for some reason the flavor is so much better. I LOVE IT??EVERYTHING HERE IS 5 STARSBUT IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 100 ?

The lady added too much ice and then too much water, still could not fill the large glass of smoothie. Then again added more water to fill the glass, still could not make it. Shamelessly, she realized her wrongdoing still when I challenged her, she kept the glass in front of me and moved around.
