A wonderful start for our day!! I had a fantastic experience visiting this store! From the moment we arrived, the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. The store manager went out of their way to greet us, which made us feel truly valued as customers. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the rest of our day. BB Cafe nailed it with my daughter’s first birthday cake. The cake was not only visually stunning, adorned with delicate decorations and vibrant colors, but it also tasted divine. We chose a classic vanilla flavour and it was a hit with both kids and adults alike. Thank you BB Cafe!

I stopped by this cafe today ,around 5:30 in the evening after a stroll along the Lakeshore and decided to treat myself to an Iced Mocha and Tiramisu. The two girls at the counter were really quick and friendly, getting my order ready without any wait. Since I had my dog with me, I grabbed a spot outside, and one of the staff ,a girl with curly hair brought my order out to me, which I really appreciated. She was super nice and thoughtful, making the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find this level of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back

Me and my boyfriend went there, I ordered a tea and he ordered a latte and we were the second person in line and it took over 10 minutes to serve us! But what was more troublesome was how unfriendly the staff are at this location. None of them smile, it’s like they’re not happy that you just walked in and we’ve been there a few times, merely out of convenience while walking on the trail. Would not go back again!

On September 17, in the evening, I went to get a matcha latte, not only was there a rude employee, but the matcha was made to me tasteless, it was prepared in just a minute
Coffee is good but the place is not clean. There are staff inside but no one is wiping out tables. Washroom was out of order too.

It was a disappointing experience. We got 5 pieces of Napoleon. In its description it says flaky and crispy which literally were two things that missing. It was mushy and a bit stalled, kind of 2 days or even more old. The worst part we paid $44 (including tax) for them. Almost $9 per each!!!! I do not recommend this place for pastry.
