I was so excited to visit this cafe for the first time but got disappointed. Never had a coffee this bad in Toronto.The cafe latte was so water down that it doesn’t even taste like coffee but more like a weak chia tea or milk mixed in water. Went to asked if they got the order mixed up and that the latte doesn’t taste like coffee but the response was unsatisfactory. Sent back with the same coffee. Even asked for a butter croissant but was served with almond croissant that I don’t even like and allergic to. Had to throw them and got myself a coffee from nearby Tim’s which was way better than expensive coffee from the cafe. Sad I wasted my money.

RACIST BEHAVIOUR! Apparently, you need to be white, to get acknowledged or even get served. There was a white girl serving and amazingly, she looked through me to another customer.. When there was no one else, she eventually took my order without even looking at me or give as much as half a smile of acknowledgment. She made sure that I got served because she HAD to! Pathetic, heartbreaking and just frustrating!
Thank you for reminding me of racism in this country and becoming my first bad experience in Toronto

Bought a pistachio cake for my wife’s birthday, it was not soft or moist or fresh. And I wasn’t pleased with the happy birthday writing they put on it, looked like a 12 year old handwriting

Their gelato is to die for! Mango has been my go to flavour with strawberry a second close. Service has always been pleasant. Have tried their drinks and sandwiches too, everything has been great and delicious! Will definitely be returning if not for the gelato alone!

A wonderful start for our day!! I had a fantastic experience visiting this store! From the moment we arrived, the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. The store manager went out of their way to greet us, which made us feel truly valued as customers. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the rest of our day. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service is as genuine as the overall environment, and this store definitely delivered on both. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and authentic experience!

I have just gone gluten-free due to health reasons, and have been researching pastries I can still eat.
Today, I bought 2 mini almond orange cakes at BB -- gluten- and dairy-free -- the only regularly available gluten-free pastries/cakes they sell.
They were absolutely delicious. I would eat them again in a heartbeat. FANTASTIC.

BB Cafe nailed it with my daughter’s first birthday cake. The cake was not only visually stunning, adorned with delicate decorations and vibrant colors, but it also tasted divine. We chose a classic vanilla flavour and it was a hit with both kids and adults alike. Thank you BB Cafe!

I stopped by this cafe today ,around 5:30 in the evening after a stroll along the Lakeshore and decided to treat myself to an Iced Mocha and Tiramisu. The two girls at the counter were really quick and friendly, getting my order ready without any wait. Since I had my dog with me, I grabbed a spot outside, and one of the staff ,a girl with curly hair brought my order out to me, which I really appreciated. She was super nice and thoughtful, making the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find this level of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back
