I had the Salmon bibimbap! It was really good! The salmon pieces were cut thick and nice. The egg was fried perfectly with the yolk runny on the inside. Adding kimchi was a good choice because it was homemade. The owners were very sweet and friendly. I will come back to try their poke bowl. Unfortunately, I can’t have meat due to halal dietary restrictions so I would love for the owners to consider halal meat! They would get so many more customers

Bibap Express is one of my favourite spots in the Bloor Islington place to get a fresh healthy Korean meal! My favourite things about this place include the amazing and friendly husband and wife who run the store, the homemade gochujang, and when I'm feeling under the weather, their udon soup is the best pick me up!
