Disappointing burgers that don’t taste anywhere close to the original Craft burger joint that Big Smoke is now

Went for lunch today at Sherway Gardens Nov 12/25 ordered $11.99 burger combo. (Fries drink and burger) the cashier indicated the manager was not honoring that deal !!! Unacceptable the cashier stated not her decesion couldn't help me she was quite unresponsive to my disappointment FALSE ADVERTISEMENT you cannot withdraw the offer advertised on your signage BOYCOTT this establishment
Nov 18/25 I am very happy to report the head office reached out to me regarding this experience. They investigated the situation and took responsibility for miscommunication both on their website and in store signage. The summary being the offer expired October 31/25. This was not updated or communicated on their end . They agreed it was unacceptable and apologized for this experience understanding my frustration and their obligation to be ethical in marketing to customers. I really believe they were genuine and sincere in there apology. The company representative was excellent in making this right and taking full accountability for the experience and being very generous to me with a coupon to give Big Smoke another chance which is what I will do refreshing to see a negative turned into a postive

Ordered the spicy burger. It was way TOO salty. As i was picking up my completed order, l saw the fellow who was cooking was liberally pouring salt from a large metal shaker. Poor folks getting those two burgers. Thus i would not recommend burgers (don't know about the other food) from this shop.

Worst service ever .. You ask for poutine and they drizzle bbq sauce on top of it that doesn't taste any thing close to a bbq and they don't even let u know it will not taste any thing like putine....when u ask the manager that is not what u asked for....the manager an older Asian man with glasses start shouting at you that he does not care and you have to live with his weird food....Do yourself a favor and never ever order form here...should have figured it knowing no one line up

Was in the area and decided to order here at Sherway Gardens Mall. We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Burger and the Veggie Burger Combo that includes fries and a drink. I thought the veggie burger was pretty tasty and the fries were nicely seasoned. My partner had the chicken burger and thought it was good too, however, the chicken was not a patty or a whole piece of chicken as we initially thought, but was actually their chicken tenders on a bun - so keep that in mind if you're interested in trying that!
The staff was friendly enough and atmosphere is your typical food court experience but it wasn't that busy when we were there!

The 'dryest' burger that I've had in my life... very overpriced as well.. the cooks don't understand how to cook a burger, as they squeeze AS MUCH fat as they can out of the burgers...

I'm trying to make my kid eat healthy. Please introduce the option to swap out regular fries for sweet potato fries in the kids menu. Looks like that isn't an option at the moment.

More basic than a basic burger. No flavor nd the toppings are just meh
Low sodium options available. I'm pleased they were able to make my order without salt. I was informed that neither their patties or fries are pre-salted. the food was great, and I was able to control my sodium for that meal.

First and most, i love a tasty fresh all fire grilled burger, FIRST time for me at Big Smoke Burger ,VERY disappointed was not what i was looking forward to , unexpected taste , it tasted like an assorted sub sandwich (CRAZY RIGHT) but it did ,toppings i suggested ,1 classic burger ketchup,mustard,lettuce not washed,tomato 2 small slices mushy texture, onions placed on over load ketchup on bottom bun, pickles with unknown why they were pierced with for holes ,as if to form a square connect the dots game (WHY) the holes ?, its always better to be asked from the short order cook , what would you like on the burger , reply a little ketchup, very little mustard ,lots of onions ,NOT WHAT THEY would assume each different paying customer ,with different desires of flavour one would find tasty,service was kind tho ,topping not of customers (A LITTLE OR A LOT) and burger dry not juicy ,,,...........Jumbo Burger been around more than 50 years ***** check it out off a Dundas Street north on Runnymede ,check it out

What has the world come to? Spent $15.80 on a single burger and it was so tiny. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it too. Definitely not worth it. Next time I will support mom/pops. Chain restaurants are a joke these days.

I drove 38 minutes to eat from this place, unfortunately the location was closed, but Santiago accepted my order despite they were closed 3 minutes before i arrive.
This place is the best in Canada, I spent 3 years in GTA looking for a restaurant serve a tasty burger, and here it is.
Thank you guys, Santiago thank you again man you're the best, you deserve more than these words but it's the time to eat I can't type more...
