I had the Oh Brisket burger and it was very sweet because of the BBQ sauce. The patty was very basic and the brisket amount was less. Compared to the price it was not up to the standard.

We were visiting Toronto and decided to grab something to eat at Big Smoke Burger in Sherway Gardens. The menu sounded great. I ordered a pulled pork poutine and my husband had the brisket poutine.
My pulled pork poutine was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't impressed at all with the crazy amount of chipotle sauce on top and throughout the poutine. It was like eating spoonfuls after spoonfuls. I tried scooping it off but it was just very overloaded with it. There was more chipotle sauce than gravy. I couldn't taste anything else. Very disheartening and a big waste of money.

Best burger I had the opportunity to taste. The service can be better as employees are not friendly. But their burgers and fries are very tasty.

$68 dollars buys dinner for 4 and the saltiest service @ Sherway Big Smoke. After waiting for over 30 minures for food, with a pager. Was told that i should have checked at the counter for my order - why the pager then? When I asked for a manager/supervisor for follow up, staff told me that they don't share that info and because I got the food 'too bad' and no refund as the order was correct. I immediately called the number on the receipt, which miraculously was answered by 'the supervisor' who realized who was calling and again noted that I should have answered the pager which never went off. Too many air quotes to keep track of, train your staff Big Smoke, that is just unacceptable. Wait times and service at this location has been steadily declining, as seen in other reviews too so.... Spend your money elsewhere.

Used to be a good location, but last 2 times when I wanted to order a poutine , they told me that the gravy is cold so they wouldn’t recommend me to order that. What’s the point to have it on the menu then ?

It's been a while since I last ate here but the burgers are great! I had the crispy chipotle chicken and it was tasty. The chicken is crunchy and the sauce is well balanced with the coleslaw. The workers were nice too. Will come back soon :)

Terrible service. Stood in front of the cash register area while 4 employees hovered around the cooking station giving each looks of “you serve them”, “no you serve them.” So no thanks, won’t be going there.

The price is okay. However, the meat patty is way overcooked!! Also, the French fries are over-fried! Also, the burger is not stacked well! I had a bad meal there. I don't recommend it.
