First and most, i love a tasty fresh all fire grilled burger, FIRST time for me at Big Smoke Burger ,VERY disappointed was not what i was looking forward to , unexpected taste , it tasted like an assorted sub sandwich (CRAZY RIGHT) but it did ,toppings i suggested ,1 classic burger ketchup,mustard,lettuce not washed,tomato 2 small slices mushy texture, onions placed on over load ketchup on bottom bun, pickles with unknown why they were pierced with for holes ,as if to form a square connect the dots game (WHY) the holes ?, its always better to be asked from the short order cook , what would you like on the burger , reply a little ketchup, very little mustard ,lots of onions ,NOT WHAT THEY would assume each different paying customer ,with different desires of flavour one would find tasty,service was kind tho ,topping not of customers (A LITTLE OR A LOT) and burger dry not juicy ,,,...........Jumbo Burger been around more than 50 years ***** check it out off a Dundas Street north on Runnymede ,check it out

What has the world come to? Spent $15.80 on a single burger and it was so tiny. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it too. Definitely not worth it. Next time I will support mom/pops. Chain restaurants are a joke these days.

I drove 38 minutes to eat from this place, unfortunately the location was closed, but Santiago accepted my order despite they were closed 3 minutes before i arrive.
This place is the best in Canada, I spent 3 years in GTA looking for a restaurant serve a tasty burger, and here it is.

Iām a big fan of this place and have always enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, my experience this time wasnāt great.
I ordered The Beast combo, and just seconds after paying, I kindly asked if it could be made without sauce. I know it was my mistake to ask right after the order was placed, and I completely understand the team was very busy at that moment.
Still, I never received a receipt maybe it was used to write the āno sauceā note but in the end, my burger came with sauce anyway. I didnāt want to slow things down since the staff was clearly doing their best, so I just left with the order.
However, paying $22.59 for a small combo and is called āthe beastā I felt disappointing. I appreciate the hard work, but as a loyal customer, I believe it would be fair to receive a replacement or a complimentary burger.
I truly hope management can make this right Iād love to keep supporting this place, but quality and service consistency matter too.

The Asian girl staff was great. But there was a white guy, who seems like no more than 23 If he was a high school student who is just doing some summer jobā¦. Please try not to eat the food of your employersā products when you face customers and not hide at all. I donāt think thatās a respectable way as a staff working for this company. As myself, after I saw someone eating the food not one bite and didnāt seem like try to hide he was eating, what I want to do was to drop my resume try to get the same food server job in this company but not spend money for their food. I am not sure what happened. I've been a regular customer for sevral years now, and quality has been consistently amazing. For the past few months, particularly after the menu changes, the patties taste frozen. The meat tastes the same as McDonald's and they no longer carry crispy fried chicken. My guess is that they're cutting costs or corners and repositioning to a value burger.
Been meaning to try this for awhile. Literally just finished my Classic and fries. The burger was delicious, cooked to perfection. Though I am not as much of a fry guy as I used to be, these were excellent (didn't even need Ketchup or Gravy)

They must have lost it: they redesigned the menu (yet again) and gotten rid of anything edible. Their glorious burgers are all gone, whatever left is just junky stuff. I cannot believe this. I used to come here a few times a week, now I can't anymore. A while back they got rid of crazy burger (which is crazy), now they got rid of goos chicken options , fish is gone. The premium toppings gone. The melt sandwich is gone. Just close it down already

We were visiting Toronto and decided to grab something to eat at Big Smoke Burger in Sherway Gardens. The menu sounded great. I ordered a pulled pork poutine and my husband had the brisket poutine.
My pulled pork poutine was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't impressed at all with the crazy amount of chipotle sauce on top and throughout the poutine. It was like eating spoonfuls after spoonfuls. I tried scooping it off but it was just very overloaded with it. There was more chipotle sauce than gravy. I couldn't taste anything else. Very disheartening and a big waste of money.
