Amazing burger. I haven't had one in years and it was excellent. A well cooked and prepared burger with a great portion of French fries and a tasty beverage to wash it all down. A far cry from the other McBurger place in the mall.

First time my wife and I had the burger combos. Really good - better option than the typical fast food places yet the quality was like a sit down restaurant. Just pricy, total for two combos was $37.74. But I figured inflation. However, cheaper than sit down restaurant which would have involved tip as well.

Over priced burger, I just ordered a burger and it costed me about 16 dollars. During lunch I made the decision to come to this burger place and I quickly regretted it cause they’d over charge. A positive is the burger tastes good and is a pretty good size!

Only one hair net in the entire restaurant and it was the lady working the casheir. Chicken burger was fairly dry and 4 orders, (ordered after mine) where filled before mine was. Overall a decent burger but not worth the premium price they are asking. Would not likely return.
It is edible, but definitely is not a gourmet burger. You expect so much more at this price point.

I took the new bbq smoke chicken burger which is $18 plus taxes. Definitely not worth the price. Neither veggies and the sauces were enough felt so dry while having it. It was my first time trying big smoke burger absolutely

Overpriced. I paid $23.17 CAD for a Beyond Burger combo (fry and Iced tea). The burger is ok, but nothing special about it. There was a lot of tiny fries that I got. I asked for a BBQ sauce on the side, it's an extra $1.40 for it. The person took my order didn't say hi or hello, no eye contact. This is my first and last on this joint. There's a better place elsewhere with better products for less price.

I had the spicy burger combo today (to go), which is their regular hamburger + jalapeños. To start with the positives, the food is tasty, delicious and unlike some of the reviews here, no, you cannot compare McDonald's to this, this is superior premium burger taste. The negatives are mostly pertaining to this location in this mall. Even without the lunch crowd, off peak times, expect 10-15 min for your order...long wait times if you are hungry, but it is cooked in front of you so that's still good, and fresh. The lady preparing the order today was very dismissive and uninterested. I asked for extra sauce, was informed by her, looking away, that they have to charge me for extra sauce. This is unheard of from five guys, hero, burger factory, all other competitors will gladly give you sauce on the side, or extra condiments if you politely ask. Lady server stated a firm No, asked me if I want to pay for the extra sauce? I politely declined. Then I asked for extra ketchup packet for fries, was again told no, I can only get a single packet in my order, already inside bag, no extras allowed. Ugh, sour note, uncool service. The fries order, like some already mentioned, was a bit small, you will still be hungry. But the few fries you get at this location, and the burger itself, they were tasty and yummy overall. I would recommend Big Smoke burgers, but not from this mall, check map for different locations and try them out, then post your own reviews.Dietary restrictions: Halal sign stated it (halal burgers) were available upon request at this location.Parking: Mall parking free.Kid-friendliness: Food court.
