Service was fast and friendly, i had a dark chocolate cookie and an iced mocha and both were delicious.

Disappointed.
I've been a customer for years! Unfortunately, the prices keep going up, so I will have to seek another place to get the beans from. I came to grab the beans just a few weeks ago, and the price was up again.

Coffee is warm but the welcome sure isn’t!

Eaten and had coffee there before, until one Saturday afternoon.

Very disappointed with how we were treated here. We came in with our well-behaved therapy dog to enjoy a warm coffee inside on a rainy day after a walk. While the woman at the counter was kind and even commented on how cute our dog was, a man—barista—was unnecessarily rude and aggressive (sort of ego, power trip), telling us we had to drink outside despite the weather. He refunded our money by throwing it at us. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We won’t be coming back.

P.S. they SELL dog treats but dogs are not welcome. Ironic.

A cute and cozy place + The staff are really sweet and friendly. I always get their matcha latte is great but the real star for me is their dark chocolate cookies. I’m completely addicted. The back patio is my favorite part, with birds flying around and lots of greenery. It’s a peaceful place to hang out and relax.

(And yes I am sharing my cookie with the birds. They are that good)

Wonderful, quaint cafe with great ambiance. I stopped in for iced mocha latte & it was delicious. Also tried one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies which was also excellent. Service by Misly was very good too. Professional, friendly & informative. Would highly recommend B&B Cafe! 💯

I’ve known this café for a while now, and it truly shines during the spring, summer, and fall. The back patio is an absolute oasis—lush, peaceful, and full of birdsong. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your coffee and genuinely feel like you’ve escaped the city for a moment.

I used to love the empanadas they stocked from The Empanada Company, and I’m happy to see they now offer ones from Alin Mikuna, which are also delicious. It’s great to see them supporting other local kitchens. The coffee? Solid. The vibe? Thoughtful and intentional.

That said, I do want to offer some feedback—not as a complaint, but as a hope for improvement. I understand the café wants to avoid turning into one of those all-day laptop lounges. I respect that. But during my last visit, I spent about two hours there, made multiple purchases (about $30 in total), and was hoping to do some light work on my iPad. Unfortunately, I found it nearly impossible.

The outlets in the back section—where I naturally gravitated to avoid the overstimulation of the busier front—were either blocked off or only accessible at high barstool tables. As a fat person, those stools aren’t comfortable or accessible. Even the cozy couch areas in the back didn’t offer access to any nearby plugs. It’s disheartening to support a place, only to feel like it wasn’t designed with all bodies and needs in mind.

I’d love to see some small accessibility improvements—perhaps an extension cord by the couch or a low table with access to a plug. Something to make the space more inclusive for fat folks, people with mobility aids, or just anyone who needs to charge a device for a short, intentional stay.

This café is special. I want to keep supporting it. But I hope they can make a few changes to help everyone feel like they can belong, rest, and recharge—literally and figuratively.

Come here every weekend with my husband, it's our favourite spot to have breakfast in the area! The coffee is amazing and I especially love the London fog. All the baristas are sooo lovely!

Simon and Pauline are 2 of the best baristas I’ve ever met. Every time I go in there they make me laugh, and they are very friendly/personable. Their energy and the vibe of the cafe feel very similar to those movie/tv show coffee shops. Which is hard to find, even in Toronto. Food and drinks are always amazing, and I highly recommend.

A great spot to grab a latte and head over to the bird-watching trails at Humber Shores!
