I order an açaí drink today here. I don’t know what they gave me but two hour or so after drinking it I started experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life, lot of nausea, vomiting, chills, pains. Be careful with this place

The guys from India give very bad service. It's a shame that this franchise is or was Canadian and now that Tim Hortons is more from India and has lost its service and quality of products. I ordered a Watermelon Wave and the taste was bland, it tastes like water compared to other places. It didn't taste like anything, just lemon, and some of the fruits weren't ground and I couldn't drink it through the straw. It's a shame that they continue to hire them and that the Canadian franchises are going downhill because of the service and products that the Indians give.

When we walked in, Ebony greeted us and let us know that she was working on 2 mobile app orders and would be about 4 minutes. We appreciated her letting us know about the anticipated wait time. Four more customers came in after us and she greeted them all and proceeded to get through the two mobile app orders and our orders in a professional and pleasant manner, despite being slammed and all alone.

Blown away by Ebony’s service. This location is lucky to have her. I got my smoothie at noon where there was a lineup when I arrived and still a lineup as I was leaving. She was the only person working and was hustling to get everyone their order as fast as possible all while being very friendly. Very happy with my smoothie and my experience.

I recently visited the Booster Juice in Etobicoke and would rate my experience a solid four stars. The smoothies themselves are good, but the quality can be inconsistent. Sometimes, the drinks are perfectly blended and refreshing, but other times, they seem rushed, with an uneven texture or slightly off flavor. While the menu has a wide variety of options, which is a huge plus, the attention to detail in preparation could use improvement.
As for the store itself, the cleanliness and atmosphere leave something to be desired. It’s not exactly dirty, but it doesn’t feel as spotless or inviting as you’d expect from a place focused on health and wellness. Tables and countertops could be cleaned more frequently, and the overall ambiance could use a refresh to make it feel more vibrant and welcoming.
That said, the staff are generally friendly and quick to take your order, which makes the experience pleasant despite the other shortcomings. The location is convenient, and it’s a great option for a quick, nutritious boost on the go.
If they could improve the consistency of the smoothies and pay more attention to keeping the store clean and inviting, this location would easily earn five stars from me. For now, it’s a good spot that does the job, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Would I go back? Absolutely. But I’d love to see a bit more effort in making the quality and atmosphere match the great concept of Booster Juice.
