Ebony is the best! She’s so sweet, amazing energy and she’s so efficient! I remember one time she had a huge amount of people to serve but that never changed her energy, politeness, friendliness or anything! She’s truly one in a billion! I loved walking in today to see her there!

Ordered delivery from skip multiple times and had to wait up to 2 full hours for a delivery that originally said 19min. (I am 10min from the location). This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not the driver, it’s been your establishment that takes 2hs to get a simple smoothie and premade sandwich ready for a location 10min via car away. Understaffed??

SO I walk into my local BJ, grabbing my pick up breakfast as I do once per week. LOVE the app to order because it lets me organize myself, not waste time ordering or standing in line, AND I love the points.

TODAY HOWEVER MY FLABBERS WERE GHASTED TO HIGH HEAVENS

Ebony, the most wonderful and refreshing burst of positive and kind energy greeted me when I popped in to pick up;

She knew I was picking up. She knew which order. She had it READY AND STICKERED AND HANDED IT TO ME WITH A SMILE THAT MADE ME KNOW I WAS ABOUT TO HAVE THE BEST DAY EVER TODAY.

As someone who works in sales, has multiple locations of a business, and KNOWS the value of someone like Miss Ebony- YOU IMMEDIATELY GIVE THIS QUEEN A RAISE.
HAVE HER TRAIN YOUR STOCKYARDS LOCATION. HAVE HER TRAIN EVERYONE.

I have half a mind to hire her myself because if my clients got the honour of being welcomed by her at MY business, I know their expectations would continue to be exceeded in every aspect of their visit.

I order an açaí drink today here. I don’t know what they gave me but two hour or so after drinking it I started experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life, lot of nausea, vomiting, chills, pains. Be careful with this place

The guys from India give very bad service. It's a shame that this franchise is or was Canadian and now that Tim Hortons is more from India and has lost its service and quality of products. I ordered a Watermelon Wave and the taste was bland, it tastes like water compared to other places. It didn't taste like anything, just lemon, and some of the fruits weren't ground and I couldn't drink it through the straw. It's a shame that they continue to hire them and that the Canadian franchises are going downhill because of the service and products that the Indians give.

When we walked in, Ebony greeted us and let us know that she was working on 2 mobile app orders and would be about 4 minutes. We appreciated her letting us know about the anticipated wait time. Four more customers came in after us and she greeted them all and proceeded to get through the two mobile app orders and our orders in a professional and pleasant manner, despite being slammed and all alone.
