I love this place but I went there today for my usual order which is 2 meets 1 rice and 1 veggies. How ever when i opened the food and took my first bite it was not seasoned 0% flavour and the food just take like they put 0 effort in it. The foods always good when i go there so I don't see what happej this time. Now I'm complicating if I should go there again and find a new resturant.

I am a regular customer who lives nearby. I hate the old Asian woman in their store. She always looks at us with murderous eyes when we ask questions. Every time I hear her shouting in a language that only they understand in a very rude way. This is definitely a crime. Being so rude and uncaring about their customers, and finding their food not as fresh as before, I decided not to patronize them again.

Ordered from ubereats...what a waste of money!@!! Two different orders and everything tasted the same, shrimp in my order was turning...shrimp in other ordrr didn't come with the sauce, honey garlic chicken was spicy. Chicken in both orders was overcooked and stringy.Shrimp in both orders is breaded which is not described on the menu...only conclusion is they fry up a batch of breaded proteins and just add the different sauces. As for the "should not be spicy" honey garlic chicken they must use the same container to toss all the breaded chicken batches...only explanation for flavor crossover. QUANTITY DOES NOT EQUAL QUALITY!!!

I went to Bourbon Street Grill at woodbine mall on Thursday February 22nd 2024 in the evening around 6 pm - 6:30 pm with my family. My boyfriend bought a 2 meat combo, I got just noodles so my boyfriend an I could share the meat and veggie, and got a small Jr. combo for my son, and a drink. My boyfriend ate first, and then I ate. I ate a few bites. I pushed the noodles aside, and the noticed a ROACH, yes a COCKAROCH in our food. the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. we all stopped eating immediately, and I brought the food back up to the counter. I told the lady I found a roach in my food and she was so disgusted. Another worker came over and told them I was not going to make a scene, I just wanted all my money back. I waited for about 2 mins, and the manager came to re-fund my money. The older Asian lady said we have to minus the drink. I said Lady I just found a roach in my food, I just want my money back. She looked at me and said, but you got a drink. I had to raise my voice and said " I JUST FOUND A COCKAROACH IN MY FOOD, I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK". The Manager was apologetic, and said ok no problem, but the lady was so mean. if looks could kill..let me tell you. I just had to file a complaint. They didn't even remove the food that was on display that I bought, they just kept serving it like nothing happened. People can get really sick from this, and they need to be closed down.
Dietary restrictions: If you don't eat roaches, then I wouldn't buy anything from this place!

I’m not sure what they did to the sriracha but stay clear from it. The colour is off and it taste like 90% salt. I’m not trying to get high blood pressure We’re already paying $12.43 for food the least you can do is give us proper sriracha and let it be hot how it suppose to be. I had to throw out my food Won’t be eating here for a while.

Vegetarian options: There's vegetable dishes and sides, mainly chicken. I wouldn't recommend if your a strict vegetarian as there's a high chance of cross contamination. It's all next to each other in warmers. I like the bang bang chicken, potatoes and greens with Shanghai noodles with extra hot sauce packs. I usually spend under $20 for 2 veg 1 meat combo. Expect generous portions.
