I visited this restaurant yesterday and ordered a combo meal. The food quality was amazing, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The portion size was perfect, and the flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly. My meal was prepared quickly, which was another great point. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

Picked up dinner from here and woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous. Ended up vomiting the food I had consumed. Not sure what happened, if it was food poisoning or not. The food is extremely salty and has no flavour at the same time.

The price is atrocious for the food that you get. The only thing that remotely had flavour here was the bourbon chicken. Everything else I tried (blackened chicken, rice, noodles) had close to no flavour.

The red haired woman at the teller is extremely rude and unnecessary!!!! if the restaurant cared about their image and reputation they should put that lady in the back and not handling the customers. The over all experience at this location is chaotic and tense. The women behind the counter act annoyed with you when you are asking for help with something. They insinuated I was attempting to steal their Uber eats order when I was simply trying to clarify an issue. I left in tears because how those woman treated me so viciously for simply trying to clear an issue. Acting like Uber eats issues are not their concern is diabolical as I’m spending my money there. Over all 2/5 stars would NOT recommend at least this location 🤢🤮.

The bourbon chicken is the best out of all the meats. However every time we go, we feel like we are being pressured into picking the choices that no one wants (ie veggies, spring rolls etc) which is really annoying. The chicken at times is chewy and fatty but for a quick bite, we enjoy this place

I caught this lady using her phone before and after serving food without washing her hands. As a customer, I confronted her and told her she should wash her hands, but she told me that I was just a customer and that her using the phone was none of my business.
Well, guess what? I sent the video and some pictures to the food inspection agency.
I just left the food and walked away after confronting her. There was no way I was going to eat the food she was serving me. She was rude and nasty.

Good range of food here and they taste really good. The 'boss lady' was kind enough to provide some samples of the food when I cannot decide what I wanted.
The portions are reasonable though I think they can pack the takeout box a little more. It depends on who the server is. Everything is well done and they work efficiently. This is probably the busiest Asian outlet and I can see why. Will definitely visit again to try out other items.

Good place to eat at Sherway for a good price. One of the best spots on the food court. Bourbon has a lot of food options, so you can come there many times and you will always find food which you crave. Keep up.

The staff working there is terrible. I tried to pay with a debit card, and after my card payment was rejected, I asked the staff to wait to transfer money from my saving account to my checking account, but she shouted that you had no money and couldn't give it to me. Then she poured the food back. After I transferred the money from my account, I tried to buy it again, but she again told me that you had no money and couldn't give it to me. So I had to pay first. After I made the payment, I spoke again with my receipt, but I had to wait a long time to receive my food. Her colleague helped me. It's such a terrible experience. If she keeps working, all the guests will leave
