We just enjoyed the Brickyard BBQ 1/2 rack and 1/2 jerk chicken with coleslaw and rice and beans on Friday Aug 11/23 Brantford drive thru Ribfest, just after 5pm. Wow!! We both agreed that everything was extremely flavourful, juicy, no fat and so much food! We have leftovers after we shared this meal.
