The owner/manager - grey hair- Chinese looking guy(description). He is really rude. I just asked for a glass of water politely, and he started to lecture me, I left his shop politely-without any argument and he got offended that I didn’t listen his full lecture, although i’m there regular customer. He even followed me to my store to lecture more and came inside my store where I work(felt like a creep), to lecture me again and told me very rudely that they will nor serve me if I go to their shop again and that I should not visit there.
This is extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour specially working in mall and that too when I’m working in same lane. I would really urge to the company to look into this matter and reconsider having him as the manager or owner.

Brioche Dorée inside Sherway Gardens is a delightful oasis in the middle of a busy shopping day. With its warm, European-style café atmosphere and inviting display of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods, it’s the perfect spot to take a break and treat yourself.
The food selection is impressive, but what truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. The employees here are consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. They greet you with a smile, are happy to make recommendations, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

They have a variety of food and drink options. Quality is pretty good too. I love both their sweet and savoury pastries. The owner is very friendly too. They have some tables just outside too for their patrons.

Great service I'm assuming it's the owner of The coffee shop and my wife and I are very very proud. Thank you once again
They serve very nice croissants, warm and fluffy, different flavours too. They also have different pastry, sandwiches and salad to choose from. Very polite and pleasant to talk to.
Med Cappuccino was burning hot, felt like tongue burn. Taste, was none.
Believe she needs more training in how cappuccino's are made. This then made the whole experience not a good one with our sandwiches.
Oh my god, I had almond croissant and it was so delicious , sweet buttery flaky , highly recommend this place for croissants , I just couldn’t stop myself eating it , also the person who attended us had really good sense of humor 😊loved the whole experience, definitely be back for lovely and tasty croissants
I was walking by Au Pain Doré and noticed their amazing selection of pastries. I decided to try the **chocolate almond croissant**, and it was absolutely delicious! Flaky, buttery, and filled with the perfect balance of chocolate and almond. I’d definitely come back just for it!
We had matcha and chai lattes. They were too sweet for us. Too much sweetener added. The almond croissant was delicious
Lilly is super professional and customer service oriented, smiley, helpful and she knows what she is doing. She went above and beyond when I asked her to add extra espresso to my Late! Keep up the good work, Lilly!

The best & #1 in Sherway Gardens Mall! Family-owned establishment offering freshly baked items, sandwiches, drinks, etc...Exceptional level of service and food quality is incomparable! My one and only stop for a light bite and coffee in the mall! Great place to meet & catch up with a friend!

It was my first time au pain dore bakery. The display of food is very nice. I ended up getting the smoked salmon sandwich, I think it was on the multigrain croissant. It comes with mixed greens, cucumber and pickled onions. I didn’t get it toasted. I also got a small vanilla latte. I really enjoyed both, but I couldn’t get over the fact that all this costed me $20. Definitely over priced, but it was fresh and tasty. Guess you get what you pay for.
