Tonight I ordered a whopper combo for take-out. I modified the whopper by adding a 2nd meat patty and adding cheese to it. I paid for these upgrades to the sandwich. When I got home, I opened the bag and unwrapped the sandwich to find that my double-whopper only had a single patty instead of 2. This was very disappointing. I received less than what I paid for and after eating it I was still hungry. Do not trust this location to get your order right.

Drive thru is under construction. I gladly went in to get the 5$ jr.whopper combo like I've gotten at numerous different burger kings, this one doesn't even do that. The lady at the front counter tried to give me attitude telling me I'm wrong. Never coming back to this BK.

Been going to this location for a few years now and the quality just keeps going down. The staff (aside from the older lady) don't know anything about the menu or product. Horrible service from younger staff. Dirty restaurant. Sticky floors and tables. Its as if no one cares. Wasn't always like this. Is there a new owner?
The past 2 times I have been there, the burgers were built, wrapped and then nuked. So much so that the cheese is liquid, the pickles, lettuce and onions are steaming and shrivelled, the bun is soggy from being nuked. I have never been to a BK that nuked the whole burger. Train your staff. Or hire employees that would eat there so they know what they are making.
I will not be back to this location. So disappointing as I have had some great burgers there just a year ago.

I'm disgusted at the fact I'm trying to order food and ask questions about a coupon. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The listening skills and communication skills are lacking extreme and will never come to this location ever. Queensway burger King go get better employees with listening and communication skills.
