Only three people on at lunch time. At least 20 minutes to get the order. Staff not working together because not enough staff. Got order wrong. A lot wrong. I didn't want to wait another,20 minutes so I just left with it. I have been before and it was no where near as bad as the last time

Rude and no food was ready. All signage said that drive through was open 24 hours a day. No answer or sign at the drive through and when I drove to the window I was rudely waved away.

Ordered chicken wrap through Uber and when I opened it was like this! 2 ripped pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of lettuce and the wrap wasn’t even wrapped it had no moist or sauce! It was dry and disgusting!!Dear manager/owner, looks like your employees don’t even love the job for sending something in this condition and you’re doing a bad supervising job too as you didn’t even check in what condition the food is sent out !

I did a mobile order for pickup at the drive through and paid exactly at 9:55AM. Arrived at the location at 10:00AM. Staff made mepark somewhere because they’d rather make the food of the people after me in the drive through. Got my food after 25 plus minutes. I counted 5 cars that went the drive through and got their food right away.Tip:Don’t do a mobile pick up order because they will not prepare it for you and you will get your food last. Even when it says go there now to pick it up. I guess it’s the lazy staffs and unorganized staffs that work here!Either go inside and order in front of them or go straight to drive through and order from them. Don’t leave the drive through area without your food in hand!
