I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such an awesome experience at the drive-thru today that I had to make an exception! I was trying to place a mobile order, and honestly, I was a little confused about how it all worked. The person taking my order was so patient and helpful—answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or annoying. I guess he is the manager working night. He even double-checked everything to make sure my order was perfect. On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted! It’s clear they really care about getting things right. I can’t remember the last time I had such a smooth, pleasant drive-thru experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I want to give a big shoutout to Neil, the night shift employee at Burger King. He is excellent at his job and always goes above and beyond to serve customers with professionalism and kindness. Even late at night, Neil makes sure orders are accurate, fresh, and quick. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. Burger King is lucky to have him on the team! 🌟🌟⭐️🌟🌟

I wonder on what basis you guys hire staff.
This brown guy at drive thru today had 0 knowledge about customer service i asked him about deals for today and he didn’t respond and he cut off the line at drive thru order machine he unmuted the line and laughing with fellow member and then he took my order i went to the window and he is telling me you are ordering a beef burger!
Like I don’t know what i am ordering treat me like stupid. You guys need to kick out people like this and bring people who wants to do customer service not just any random fellow who just wants a job 9-5. I was loyal customer for this location but not anymore.

Worst experience I ever had at a Burger King. Was in a rush to get some food but the staff keeps telling me to “hang on” while I tried to order. Also spilled the drinks when handing them to me and wasn’t patient at all. They also forgot my two snack boxes. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU WANT GREAT FOOD OR GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

I had a frustrating and unacceptable experience at the Burger King location near Humber College, and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless you enjoy being treated with blatant disregard for advertised hours and basic customer service.
Their official closing time is clearly listed as 11 PM, but when I arrived around 10:45 PM, the doors were already locked tight. To make matters worse, there were still several customers inside enjoying their meals, chatting away as if nothing was amiss. I knocked politely and gestured to the staff, pointing at my watch to indicate it wasn’t even closing time yet, but they just shook their heads and ignored me completely. Why on earth would they lock up early with people still dining inside? It doesn’t make any sense—perhaps they’re trying to cut corners on staff hours or rush home early, but that’s no excuse for turning away paying customers during operating hours.
This isn’t just poor management; it’s deceptive and rude, forcing people like me (a student rushing from evening classes at Humber) to go hungry or settle for alternatives. The staff’s attitude was indifferent at best, showing zero empathy or willingness to accommodate. Burger King corporate should investigate this location because it’s tarnishing the brand’s reputation. Zero stars—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

This location never gets their UberEats orders right. Do the employees not take their time to check the uber customer on the app from the driver and match it to the bag? When the customers gets the wrong order you’re not only upsetting the customer but the delivery person suffers as well.

I went there today to get a chocolate milk shake. She ran it through the blender thing for like 2 seconds she didn’t add enough chocolate. I don’t have fast food every often but when I do I expect it to be made properly.
My chocolate milkshake tasted like a Vanilla milkshake. It doesn’t even look like a chocolate milkshake. It was disgusting!

This BK used to be good. I had been coming to this restaurant for approximately 15 years. But today, the experience was horrible. There was a young lady attending the drive thru. Extremely rude. All the way from the start. When I got to the window, she continued to be rude. So I asked her to cancel the order and drove off. And then a made a complaint in my BK order app. If she is still working there. I will never go back. There is no need for abuse. A place to eat should be a happy place..
Went back last Sunday, and they diwble charged me. And now, there is no answer to my emails
