My kid does not want to come to the mall because of something one of the guys taking orders said to him. Just the mannerisms.

Scammers. I witness a poor child order a $4 dollar food item and gave $20 dollars only to receive $1 dollar back? This was the manager too of this place which is crazy. If you don't believe me read the 1 star ratings and see how many complaints about money issues. Horrendous place and management. Someone look into the management fraud is happening

The worst Burger King ever stealing money from my nephew. We gave him $20 to go get food and his meal for him 4.00 and some change my nephew gave her the $20 and she gave him 1.00 back my nephew knows changed and he thought it was weird that they gave him back 1.00 when he gave a $20. My nephew then went back to the shop to my father and said grandpa I think they gave me the wrong change and my father went back with my nephew and told the girl she kept denying it and saying he only gave 5.00 but my father gave him $20 and she kept saying no he asked her to check her camera and she refused he was upset at the fact the you can take a child’s money and don’t care. So never again will I return. If your going to scam a child I have no words left for this Burger King that’s just really disappointing

Decent Burger King, but I don’t know why they seem to not be able to read tickets. Made my whole order wrong and was missing some stuff. It wasn’t even busy and it took them 20 minutes to make a meal. I didn’t even want to get the wrong order remade because I'm scared it’ll take them another 20 minutes.

Never open on time. Website says one time but they always open later. I asked if I could have someone take my order bc I couldn’t add what I wanted on the keos I was told to wait as I watched a huge line go through while I was still waiting. Myself and two other customers just ended up walking away.

Today Easter Sunday, I waited and waited, 3 male employees wouldn't even give me a look, they kept up with their chitchat, a glance would have been nice, I still eyed them and waited, the least they could have done is look up and nod or smile. I was definitely ignored, today being Easter Sunday, was disappointed, I walked away to a table where my husband was sitting, I glanced back from the table, and not even a second at me from them.

Tried their veg snack pack .A complete snack for snack time with onion rings, fries and cheese nuggets 😋😋🍴
The burger patties were not cooked well and was so dry And tasteless. And for veggie burger the soya patty was hard to swallow. And even the burger wasn't properly packed. And only one staff was there to take order.

The worker, Mikey, was very nice and generous. He gave me and my friends all crowns and made our day. In all of our humble opinion, we believe he deserves a raise. He made our day and made us all smile. Best service I have received in a while.
