In past we have always been able to call in our order so it could begin getting processed by the time we arrived at the store to pick it up. We would provide our phone number and our last order could be called up. The female staff helping us this particular night made no effort to do this. She stated our number was not in the system, so we could not pre order. When we arrived at the location I placed our order and we asked her to save it in the system. She said she saved it however we never provided her any information for her to do so. She had no interest in helping us. We also noticed the location had a kiosk installed so you could place your own order in store, pay and just wait for the food to be made. We decided to input our phone number to see if our old order was in the system....it was. Very disappointed in this location. If this is new ownership, you need to do better. Not sure I will visit this location again.

Do not recommend this location at all! Ordered two naked burrito bowls through Uber Eats, one vegans and spicy and one with regular cheese, sour cream and mild hot sauce. Instead both bowls were created as vegan and spicy and they didn’t follow the ingredients listed for each bowl. Plus the salad portion of the bowl was half empty. Worst burrito boys I’ve ever had. Other locations are much better. Go to Queensway if you want proper Burrito Boys.

I ordered 2 bowls on UberEats. Both bowls had some differences, however when we got the order it seemed like bowl 1 was fine but bowl 2 was made the same as the first bowl. Whoever made it did not see the order properly at all. We did not enjoy it at all. I am never ordering from here again.

Over a dozen years I have been getting my burritos from this establishment. In that time I have seen staff and owners come and go. This has led to a subtle decline in the overall quality, but not sufficient enough to look elsewhere for a replacement. The food is certainly flavourful, fresh and made to order. The staff go thru the motions with out offering outstanding service these days, perhaps this is where that subtleness is most noticeable.
