Cactus Club Cafe Sherway Gardens

Excellent service! We asked if the rooftop could be opened and within minutes it was done — it truly elevated our dining experience. Food was top quality and drinks were exceptional. Our server was extremely friendly yet professional and very attentive to all our requests. Definitely planning on going back.

Great service and very good food

The food was phenomenal and came out at a very good time. The atmosphere created is very fun, relaxed, friendly, and inviting. Aaliyah Crozier did an amazing job ensuring that we got the very best service and experience, she’s amazing!

Had a very bad experience at Cactus Club, Sherway Garden.
I came to celebrate my friend's birthday in the night around 10:50 pm. we ordered our first round of food i.e. appetizer which was 1 Teriyaki temaki, 1 Avocado dip, 2 Crispy chicken sandwiches, and we got our food after 35-40 mins of wait. Nobody gave us the soy sauce for the sushi and didn't offer the chopsticks for the same, moreover after the food was on the table the server told us that we will be taking our last call in 10 mins, didn't enjoyed the experience with Cactus Club Sherway Garden.

Me and my husband came here to celebrate my birthday and we had a great experience. The food, vibe, service everything was superb and we loved it.

We had a terrible experience when we came for dinner. It took 20 minutes for our server Adam C to simply come and take our drinks order. Our food order took an additional 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from our server, instead we had to look for other servers to assist us because ours had disappeared.

Adam did not check on us once during the whole evening and when ordering another round of drinks it took 20 minutes for it to come and that’s only because we had to ask the manager for it.

Overall there was absolutely zero apology or remorse from our server who didn’t even feel like our server due to his lack of absence.

This has been a disappointment as Cactus Club is always held in high regard in my opinion. I will not be returning if service like this continues.

Came here to celebrate my two-year wedding anniversary. The Bellini‘s are amazing. All of the food is so great. They’re happy hour menu is amazing. Such a great experience here.

Ordered the Spaghetti Portofino! Perfect match of sauce and shrimp with bits of grape tomatoes! Pasta was fresh! Our server was very attentive! Restaurant was busy but not chaotic! Would definitely visit again!

My go to restaurant for every occasion, I absolutely adore this location. The atmosphere here is always perfect, the wait staff are phenomenal and I’ve never had a bad bite. Recently went there on an evening for happy hour and the prices felt like a blast from the past. Happy hour here is an absolute bargain. I’ve come here all times of the day and recommend it for any occasion where you just want a good bite to eat. That being said, I especially recommend the happy hour :)

We got the hot chicken and pickles and it gave both of us extreme stomach pains and diarrhea. Fix your quality standards cactus club.

EDIT: The response is nonsense. I filled out the form and they never contacted me. Decided to give them a last chance and went back, they told my sister in law they couldn't take the sauce off the sushi to accommodate her allergies. Absolutely pathetic.

Alé was an amazing server that I would absolutely want to have again. The food and drinks were great. And even when the cook on a couple of steaks weren’t right, there was immediate correction, no questions asked. I’ll be back for sure
