Lovely place always delicious with excelled service

Amazing food, excellent service and ambiance. And even though the music was playing in the background and the restaurant was busy you actually can have a conversation which it makes an Ideal place to meet friends and family and socialize.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Cactus Club! The food was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a fun night out with friends. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal.I recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in a great setting!

Had a fantastic meal at Cactus Club Cafe! The Rigatoni was delicious, and the Seared Chicken with Crumble was cooked perfectly. The Peach Bellini was refreshing and a great addition to the meal. Tony, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location for great food and excellent service!

We were visiting my son and his girlfriend and they recommended having lunch at the Cactus Club. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent. We shared the chicken wraps. They are outstanding! My son loved the rigatoni bolognese. His girlfriend had the grilled dijon salmon. My hubs had the truffle chicken and I had the impeccably grilled mushroom steak. It was cooked absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend the Cactus Club. Just brilliant

I have been going to Cactus for years, and this time around we had a very poor experience with our Host.

The reservation was for 7 people on the rooftop, and our table was not ready when we arrived on time, we waited for 20 mins and were told if we were to wait for rooftop that will be another 20 mins.
Which to me defeats the whole purpose of the reservation and the confirmation of the said reservation. When i confronted the Host about this, she got very defensive following a statement that 'Rooftop' in reservation is only a 'recommendation' and not a solid fact. However in their email for reservation confirmation, it specifically states "Reserved for ROOFTOP " and mentions nothing about 'not guaranteed'. Then we were seated in the main lobby (as we didn't want to wait yet another 20 mins even though you claim - we aim to have you seated within 10 minutes of your entire party’s arrival).
The booth was a bit of a tight squeeze for 7 people who are planning to eat. if we had appetizers along with mains, we wouldn't have fit pretty much. And then we were told that this is the biggest table they have for a party of 7, and if we wanted to put together 2 tables, that would be another 20 mins of wait. We confirmed that it is okay to stay in that case, no more waiting. At this point in time I thought the conversation was over. Yet our Host came back stating that she heard we weren't too happy with the table... going over the same thing again. Which we kindly stated that things are okay as it is. 5 mins later she showed up again to tell us that she talked to her manager and can arrange a table on rooftop now.... To me the whole process was a disaster. At a place that is supposed to be 'classy' we didn't feel it in any shape or form.

The only redeeming part was that our server was very nice about this whole thing and turned the whole sourness into a good experience afterwards.

Super friendly , warm , kind , informative and consistent waiter named Lorenzo was intermittently checking in on us and our experience on the right intervals , offering a very informative overview of the menu with a delicate choice of reccomendation , we got the crab cakes with fries and a house salad followed by a cheesecake: his warm and friendly and caring attitude combined with warm and social nature and incredible food to match his incredible service with some of the best cheese cake I’ve ever had has left cactus club as a memorable place I’ll definitely want to revisit and hopefully have him as a waiter once again, incredible atmosphere , super hygienic with tasteful decore
