The pastries are excellent. A bit of a confusing process to get a sandwich. Management needs some organization here. There need to be different employees for cash, making coffee/pastries and sandwiches. Way too disorganized.

Quiet, friendly, cute little bakery. Staff super friendly and all served with a smile. Nice place to sit and eat, or just to get your bakery goods. Ordered grilled steak sandwich and a latte, as well as a tuna sandwich and a pastry. Definitely coming back
Nothing spectacular during my visit. For a first time customer, This place can get very confusing especially during rushes. With no signs nor menus, you're resulted to use a QR code to get by. Understandably it works but isn't that practical for a bakery / cafe style.
Restaurants have that luxury for table arrangements for ordering qr style but for a cafe it's more line orientated and the experience can get overwhelming.
Food options are just alright. I'd suggest to strictly get pastries or hot drinks as that's what they specialize in.

I like this bakery but poor customer service rude and they dont approach or greet their customer specially the short fluffy lady when she speak she sounds like a man gangster so "no star" thats why i had this second thought to comeback although i love their custard tart.

I been coming here for a long time but this week and especially today I had several terrible customer service... the new employees look like they angry at me just for ordering. I didn't care but they kept messing up my order, I am not a demanding person if they don't want to smile or greet so be it but dont look upset at me for ordering or keep giving wrong orders then act like I am suppose to take whatever you give me. No need to mention their names, but they know, I would advise them to search for another job that has no interaction with people. If it was not reoccurring I would not say anything.. sadly I used to love coming here, cheers to the original employees but won't be coming back here anytime soon..

Please train your staff to deliver good customer service , if not ‘Good’ atleast to behave decently to customers . If you hate dealing with all kinds of people , then don’t work at the front end . She was so rude the entire time and dealt with us so impatiently as if he she hates her job . Not sure about the other ladies working there , but all it takes is one rude worker for customers to hate and never return to this location.
