Ordered chicken fried rice for delivery as per recommendation from a friend. Good food. Good price. Good customer service.

Walked in with wife and kids around 5pm, from the inner mall entrance all the way inside. Spent a minute realizing these ppl who seemed to be employees, am not sure were busy playing music or drinking. I was never greeted, and in fact it seemed like they hoped we would leave to which I acquiesced.

I randomly chose this place to stop and grab some chicken wings. Super authentic and recommended to those who miss Caribbean food in Toronto frequently

I love the flavours of this Caribbean Chinese restaurant. I love the Cantonese Chow Mein, spicy shrimp, chicken wings and fried rice.

The atmosphere is very casual and seems to be a local hangout for many to go after work for a drink, but the food is worth it.

Caribbean Heat has a few locations. Albion Road & Keele Street both have dine in or take out.

The location could use an update of furniture and decor but I hope they don’t change the food.

The person answering the phone is the rudest person I ever encounter. Do not ever clarify your order with this woman or she will raise her voice at you. Ma'am you need to check on your customer service.

Food was tasty but the chef forgot to add salt on the beef. Woman server was very pleasant but the service was slow due to a big restaurant and only one server/ cashier ...they only thing that was a big turned off for me was the condition of the restaurant, very out dated. The chairs are so old and u can see the dirt on them even the tables not forgetting the plates the serve you the food....it all needs to renew

Food was good, however, the service is worse than a correctional (jail) setting. I felt like an inmate ordering food; noodles and chicken was too complicated so I could only order it with rice. The server made me feel like I was asking for her firstborn when I asked to substitute for noodles, didn't know it's that serious? Short angry young fellow comes out as if he's made the order after going to a battle. It's just noodles and chicken guys. Anyways, felt like they did me a favor by giving me food that I paid for.
Be kind to your customers, we also work long hours guys. Seriously. I never write reviews. The service was that horrendous. I will never eat at this location ever again; even if my life depended on it. Yes, it's that bad. Good bye
