I love the flavours of this Caribbean Chinese restaurant. I love the Cantonese Chow Mein, spicy shrimp, chicken wings and fried rice.

The atmosphere is very casual and seems to be a local hangout for many to go after work for a drink, but the food is worth it.

Caribbean Heat has a few locations. Albion Road & Keele Street both have dine in or take out.

The location could use an update of furniture and decor but I hope they don’t change the food.

Food was disgusting and stale,stomach was hurting please improve on your food quailty as your prices are higher than other restaraunts in the area. I will never order back from here only gangaram - 10 stars

The person answering the phone is the rudest person I ever encounter. Do not ever clarify your order with this woman or she will raise her voice at you. Ma'am you need to check on your customer service.

Food was tasty but the chef forgot to add salt on the beef. Woman server was very pleasant but the service was slow due to a big restaurant and only one server/ cashier ...they only thing that was a big turned off for me was the condition of the restaurant, very out dated. The chairs are so old and u can see the dirt on them even the tables not forgetting the plates the serve you the food....it all needs to renew

Food was good, however, the service is worse than a correctional (jail) setting. I felt like an inmate ordering food; noodles and chicken was too complicated so I could only order it with rice. The server made me feel like I was asking for her firstborn when I asked to substitute for noodles, didn't know it's that serious? Short angry young fellow comes out as if he's made the order after going to a battle. It's just noodles and chicken guys. Anyways, felt like they did me a favor by giving me food that I paid for.
Be kind to your customers, we also work long hours guys. Seriously. I never write reviews. The service was that horrendous. I will never eat at this location ever again; even if my life depended on it. Yes, it's that bad. Good bye

foods good and pepper sauce is great but why did i order sweet n sour chicken and they just put the breaded chicken and dashed on the sauce just suh??

Customer service is not great (especially on the phone) for home delivery. She put me on hold for a really long time without first giving me heads up that she will do so. The lady was very impatient, rude and it's very uncomfortable trying to place an order in person or on the phone there. Food is ok but the lady thats on the front end taking the order makes it very unpleasant. Was too sick to complain so I let it pass but the times I have gotten food from there (once in a blue moon) it's unfortunately mostly been an unpleasant service.

This restaurant was good however it has gone downhill. Management needs to do something. Get a proper chef, invest in fresh produce to improve the quality of food/service.

Too bad I cant rate less than 1. The food isn't fresh and they have zero custoner service skills. There was kind of a rotten food stench wafting from the back and i assumed they maybe left the back door open and we were smelling garbage. Now, I'm thinking it was probably the food. They're also more interested in serving the local drinkers and drunks than serving walk-in customers food. I ordered and paid for my food, took a couple of bites which tasted bad, left it on the table and got out of there. I'll be reporting this place and I encourage others with bad reviews to do the same. If they're not forced to make changes, they never will.
