We had dinner at the Etobicoke location. The staff, Ian and Kirt, were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and great quality, flavourful and generous portions. All the meats were tender and juicy, not dry. We will definitely be dining there again when we crave great BBQ!

Horrible customer service.
There were two gentlemen working when I walked in, neither acknowledged me, one even had his head down in his phone.
When I finally said 'excuse me' the staff members pointed to a ubee package in the shelf, without even looking up from his phone.
That's when I said, I'm actually a customer and it's beyond rude that neither of you acknowledged my presence, then when I acknowledged my own presence, you motion to a shelf,without even looking up.
First and LAST time I will ever go there

Nice place for casual dine in for small group. Will give less star for food as some of the sides we wanted were not available like coleslaw and ceasar salad. Order the the platter, definitely the best from all we ordered. Chicken burgers were just ok, kids didn't finish all. The other remaining sides we got definitely the fries were best. Will recommend this for Ribs and brisket.

Food was tasty, and priced about right.

Restaurant was freezIng cold, and with metal chairs with wood seats, it was uncomfortable. Didn't feel like the heat was turned on at all. Also, we showed up shortly after opening and the tables weren't clean - not filthy, but someone cut corners on cleaning (tables were just "wiped down").

Also, wish they had a liquor license, because beer & BBQ just go together.

Tried this restaurant for my father’s birthday, the staff were very receptive and accommodating. The large tray is excellent and feeds 6 perfectly, the meat was tender and juicy. Our server Ranz brought out a cake (I asked him to keep it in the kitchen) and played happy birthday music which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this place to any meat lovers!

First time at this location, decided to have a quick bite to eat with family and had the best experience. Staff was incredibly kind & even the chefs at back. My mom requested to hear country music to pair with her BBQ & they didn’t hesitate to fulfill her request—so sweet!!

We had a client cater in Chainsmokers for a holiday lunch for our office, and oh my what a treat! The restaurant even surprised us with some delicious baked goods to enjoy alongside the AMAZING food. This is not just a restaurant, but also a great catering option for corporate lunches, birthdays, large events, etc. 10/10

The BBQ food here tells a a story. The moment it dances on the petals of your tastebuds it screams exquisite and bountiful claims of passion and harmony.

There is also a wonderful bidet in the washroom. +2 points.

Getting back to the food, the aroma, atmosphere and overall experience. It truly was a pleasure.
