Charleys Cheesesteaks

My sons and I have been going to Charley’s Steakery in the Woodbine Mall for about 10 years. The lady behind the counter is so very nice whenever we go. She takes the orders (online and in person) and does the cooking herself. She has multi tasking down to a tee. Unbelievably, she always remember no mushrooms, no mayo for my son’s order. Thank you, it’s such a treat when we come there for sandwiches.

Horrible customer service. The Chinese lady with glasses gave me the wrong order of fries and when I asked her to correct it she started arguing with me and said that she would downgrade and give me small fries instead. I paid 10 dollars and in turn got yelled at by this lady. Horrible customer service. The customer is always right. While she was arguing with me, 3 customers in line walked away and went to Bourbon grill instead because of her bad attitude. She should be fired. Will never come here again!

I absolutely love Charley’s! The food is always fresh and full of flavor — you can really tell they care about quality. The place is spotless every time I visit, and the service is fast, efficient, and always polite. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal, the experience is consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great food and great service!

Terrible service so rude I came with my baby to get him something to eat I order the wings meal and fries and I asked to upgrade and add bacon and cheese that’s all I got charged for everything no problem. After I paid this other lady I guess the boss comes and starts creating a scene unprofessional “ no no no you can’t do that it’s a special nooo nooo I’m not doing it” lol I’m in shock because your staff didn’t know you can’t upgrade that’s your fault. As a business owner you should honour your customer because I already paid and then discuss it later with your staff but no she handled it terribly. She literally refunded me all my money cuz for 1.50 bacon crumbles and some cheese. And I had to pay all over again. Mind you I’m with a whole baby holding up the line. I work in fast food myself and Thai type of behaviour would never be tolerated. I will never waste my money here again

Disgusting will never ever buy from here the wings r sooooo over priced and nasty the chicken taste very very old not and fully cooked the fries were frozen disgusting not clean and staff are soooo rude espically the young girl who was on cash will also tell my friends who frequent the mall to avoide at all costs.

We only go there to eat these. So delicious veg and indian..

Recommended dishes: Nacho Fries

I ordered a loaded nacho deluxe fries and what I was supposed to get and what I got was night and day. It was covered in some white sauce and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I don’t think they should be advertising one thing and giving you another. They need to take some authentic pictures.

Taco bell is more gourmet than this place. Everything was wrong with the food. We had 2 small cheesesteak sandwiches and the delux nacho cheesefries. The nacho cheese was WATERED DOWN! Fries were ok. My stomach felt wobbly almost immediately after eating. Service was INCREDIBLY slow. My fiance and I fully ate while my brother in law was still waiting for his food to be made. Can't believe this mall got rid of KFC/Taco Bell.

Food was so disgusting I’m customers from Chicago I always enjoy eating charles but this time I tried it in Canada I even couldn’t get a bite from the sandwich I tried one piece of chicken was so not good can’t explain the taste and when I take it to the table I was about too give the half of the sandwich to my daughter and a soon I picked it up every thing tore a part I went back to the lady I told her look at this sandwich and she took it from me and threw it in the garbage with out saying anything and I didn’t say anything that’s why I’m writing this review they took the money and threw the food garbage unprofessional
