I picked up an order from Church’s Chicken today and the service was very disappointing. The two staff members at the counter were rude and unprofessional, showing no courtesy or basic friendliness. No greeting, no smile — just attitude. As a delivery driver, I always try to be polite and respectful, and I expect the same from staff. This location really needs to improve their customer service skills.

I ordered the jalapeno bombers online and was really let down by what I received. For a bit over $4, I got just three small bombers and one fry tossed in. Pretty expensive and not worth it 🫤

very slow service. After 20 minutes of waiting, and people being served before us that got there way after us, we asked if it was ready, to find out they hadn’t even started the 3 separate orders our group had.
That was definitely the rudest service we have ever experienced! She took our order and stated 7 minutes. We sat and waited, saw the chicken strips come up, they prioritized the drive thru and Uber Eats orders. She then began serving the people behind us who ordered the same thing as us. 27 minutes later I go up to ask her if the food is ready and she continues to ignore me (no name tags on). The people behind us were apologizing as they knew they came in after us. 35 minutes later, I get my chicken strips and they are spicy and not original AND she gave us fries and not the mashed potatoes we ordered. HORRIBLE, they need customer service training .
