Good tea and tapioca quality! Staff is fast, nice atmosphere!
Amazing I love their mango slush with coconut cutlets
I went just now and they’re super dead and It was just me 1 customer and the cashier seems like shes in a rush which pissed me off since im still deciding what to order for myself . she comes off to me rude, than jolly or welcoming .
I like Coco bubble tea the most from when I lived in Toronto. I went to this one a few times and its sometimes a miss, but mostly good. However, sometimes the employees here are super strict, to a really weird point, about swapping toppings. I normally get Taro with pearls, but twice now they did not let me swap the Sago out for pearls? Once they were out of Sago and still gave me a hard time about swapping to pearls, or even just no toppings at all? They expected me to order something else entirely? My husband also asked for the 3 guys but no pearls, and they said no customizing. I asked if they could put the pearls in my cup and they said no. When we got our drinks, they gave me the Taro and acted like they did me a great service because they didn't charge me extra for swapping to pearls, even though they were out of sago and refused to give me no toppings. It was like talking to NPCs with prefilled choices. The Coco in Toronto let me get whatever drink with whatever topping, and this place does occasionally. The drink was good though

Their bubbles are always off the quality. Sometimes too hard sometimes too soft. I tried to give them chances. But everytime I had an issue. Please dot the I's and cross the T's for your bubbles.
