Best employee and drinks

I went tonight to pick up my uber order and the front desk girl literally told me to get out of the store. Such an uncomfortable experience. Was so rude for no reason.
Please put someone with basic decency at the frontline!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thao and team were super friendly and patient while helping me choose from their menu. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba, and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. The drink was perfectly balanced and you could taste the freshness and quality in every sip. Great presentation and the drinks were made quickly without sacrificing quality.

Highly recommended.

Giving one star because there is no option for 0. Super rude girl at front took our orders. I asked what would drink would you suggest and she says, Go for this drink, it’s very cheap. I’m like, dude?? She was too arrogant and don’t think will be visiting again

What’s wrong with the employee, when we entered the store she insisted us to buy the cheap drink , first of all it’s our wish to buy the pricy ones or the cheap ones . My friend he went to use to the washroom and she shouted the washroom is closed and told me to tell him that please clean the washroom once u come out , like seriously !

Entered for the vibe to make the business to this overrated drink. Bought 4 drinks for four of us. One girl cashier super rude and very bad for the business and definitely not for the frontline for sure. Need to learn manners and too arrogant to explain the drinks.

My kids go to coco frequently and I’ve never seen such behaviour from one their employees. My kids and their friends were playing around and talking to one another, then all of a sudden an employee named THAO or Tahl, told us “can you be quiet, I can’t hear my customers” with a very annoyed and angry face, never have I ever experienced such a bad employee service, we weren’t even being loud and she gave off rude behaviour to my kids who have a bright future ahead of them. Trust me, I’m never going to that location after this tragic experience. 👎

Me and my family came to this place for a quick bubble tea. We bought one tea to share, and were literally fighting over it, it tasted that good. I have been on a bubble tea hunt to find good places that I will definitely come back to, and this is one of them. Would recommend.

A bit over rated. There are a few I really enjoy that always seem to be out of stock and they don’t allow any substitutions for allergies or comfort which is a bit ridiculous and self righteous. I prefer go to other locations when I can

Super clean and the workers were super efficient with my order PLUS online orders! There is an amazing study area with outlets so if you ever need a nice place to study, CoCo is the spot!
